The attractive location is just a short walk from the beach and a variety of amenities including a shopping center and dining options.

Cummins told fans he sold the property because he was looking for a change after living in the city for years.

‘I have decided to live the country life. Unfortunately I have to part with this beautiful house. This is the most entertaining feel-good house I’ve lived in and it’s going to auction!’

This is the second time Cummins has attempted to sell the property after purchasing it in 2019, having first put it up for auction in October.

Nick and his jewelery designer partner Alexandra are swapping their beachside lifestyle for the tranquility of the countryside after acquiring a sprawling estate in the Gold Coast hinterland.

According to data from PropTrack, Broadbeach Waters recently joined the ranks of Gold Coast suburbs with an average house price of more than $2 million, with the average house price currently standing at $2,018,383.

Cummins, known for his international rugby career and subsequent appearances on reality TV shows such as I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here, as well as previous appearances on The Bachelor and SAS Australia, acquired the 551 square meter property in January 2019 for $775,000.

Nick debuted his romance with Alexandra on Instagram in January 2021 and they welcomed their first child in October 2022.

It is the former rugby union star’s first serious relationship since he caused a stir by failing to pick a winner in the final of The Bachelor in 2018.

Nick famously left finalists Brittany Hockley and Sophie Tieman heartbroken after dumping them both at the final because he hadn’t fallen in love.
