And on Saturday, the 40-year-old former Bachelor star showed off his muscular frame as he completed an intense workout.
The reality star’s black T-shirt was dripping with sweat as he flexed his huge biceps while lifting a barbell with heavy weights.
After lowering the bar, Tim smiled and wiped some sweat from his muscular arm.
Tim’s wife, Anna Heinrich, uploaded the clip to her stories and included the cheeky caption: ‘Tim all sweaty in the gym. I can barely break a sweat.’

The couple recently announced that they are expecting their second child together and are currently on their babymoon in Dubai.
The trip comes just a week after Anna and Tim hosted a gender reveal party in the backyard of their $6 million mansion in Sydney’s Dover Heights.
The couple and their eldest daughter Elle, two, joined their extended family for the celebration, including Anna’s sister Andrea.
Sharing a video of them shooting a pink confetti gun, the overjoyed couple wrote: “I think Elle is psychic…turns out she was right again and she’s getting a sister.”
