Tesla factory fire: Smoke seen rising from Elon Musk’s Fremont plant

  • The Fremont Fire Department responded to a call Monday just after 5 p.m

Firefighters responded to an apparent fire at the Tesla Fremont factory Monday evening.

Local sockets reported that a spokesperson for the Fremont Fire Department said a call about the fire came in just after 5 p.m.

Officials added that the fire is currently at two alarms.

A photo taken locally showed smoke coming from the factory.

Some reports Online reports indicate that the fire took place outdoors and was mainly fueled by packaging materials, in this case cardboard pallets.

No injuries have been reported so far.
