A primary school teacher accused of raping a 12-year-old boy was arrested again after claiming she sent him a text saying ‘You will regret this’ after being released on bail .
Alissa McCommon, 38, was arrested late Thursday in Covington, Tennessee, 20 days after her first arrest on September 8 for child sex abuse.
She is accused of violating a condition of her $25,000 bond that stated she would have no contact with her alleged victim.
McCommon texted the boy using a phone number he did not recognize and used specific code words she had previously used while sending him nude photos to identify herself, it is alleged.
The threat ‘You will regret this’ is said to have followed.

McCommon, 38, allegedly told her former student and victim that he was “going to regret this” in a threatening text, despite not being allowed to contact the youngster.
This time she was charged with coercion of a witness, aggravated stalking, tampering with evidence and intimidation.
The arrest earlier this month came after several underage victims came forward saying they were “friends” with their former teacher — who invited them to play video games with her and connected with them through social media apps.
McCommon had been a fourth-grade teacher at Charger Academy, an elementary school in Covington, Tennessee. She taught English and language arts at the school until the district suspended her without pay on August 24, although she eventually resigned.
Tipton County Schools Director John Combs said, “A parent came forward with allegations of misconduct on Thursday morning, August 24, and the teacher was suspended without pay later that same morning pending the outcome of the investigation.”
The online interactions between the ex-teacher and her former students allegedly escalated to the point where she sent the minors inappropriate photos and asked them to engage in sexual relations with her.
She is alleged to have abused one of the children – who was 12 years old or younger – whom she targeted in her home in 2021.
There was no evidence that the inappropriate behavior occurred on a school campus, but McCommon confirmed that she had spoken inappropriately to her former students.
The Tipton County Sheriff’s Office worked with CPD detectives after multiple victims came forward with information about their former teacher’s inappropriate behavior.
The ex-teacher was originally arrested earlier in September but was released on a $25,000 bond on the condition she not contact her victim
Other victims are said to have come forward and said McCommon behaved inappropriately with them and tried to “befriend them” through online games and social media.
McCommon admitted to having a sexual encounter with the same former student she was texting on her classified phone, police said.
Covington Police Chief Donna Turner said, “Not only are McCommon’s actions abhorrent, but CPD is concerned by this apparent violation of her bond conditions.
‘Due to the nature of the communication, we are concerned that others may have been contacted. We will continue to seek the revocation of McCommon’s bond and aggressively pursue the additional charges that continue to develop.”
This time, McCommon is being held without the chance of bail as she awaits her appearance in Tipton County General Sessions Court.
