Vienna’s tourist board shared on social media how fans, who had flown in from all over the world to see Swift, were enjoying their time in the city.

One of the suggestions was to receive a ‘crystal surprise’ from the Kristallwelten Swarovski store.

Following the announcement, X users confirmed that they received a necklace in exchange for showing their ticket to one of the cancelled shows.

“Swarovski is giving away necklaces to Wiener Swifties,” one fan posted via X on August 8. “All you have to do is show your ticket.”

The chains featured a large crystal set on a gray leather thread.

Some pieces were colorful circular pendants, while others featured bright blue stones.

A day later, the Vienna Tourist Board announced that the store had run out of necklaces “due to overwhelming demand.”

The murderous perpetrator has not made any public statements since the alleged plot came to light.

The arrest of a third suspect was announced on Friday.

The teenager, like the two others arrested earlier, is believed to have been radicalized by the Afghanistan-based ISIS-K.

According to police, the main suspect, a 19-year-old man, planned to attack the tens of thousands of Swifties gathered outside the Ernst Happel Stadium with knives and machetes.

The suspect is also said to have made explosives to “kill as many people as possible,” officials said.

“The group is seen as the greatest external terrorist threat to the continent,” claimed UN Undersecretary for Counterterrorism Vladimir Vorokov, who said the group had stepped up its recruitment efforts on the continent, according to ABC News.

The disappointment of not being able to see Swift perform didn’t stop thousands of fans from taking to the streets to exchange friendship bracelets and sing Swift’s songs.

“When Swifties take over your whole street,” one fan wrote on TikTok with a number of festivities.
