Philadelphia radio station Q102 has announced it will not play Taylor Swift songs this weekend as the pop singer’s loyalty is in question for Monday night’s mega-football game between the Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs.
Swift was born in West Reading, Pennsylvania and was spotted wearing an Eagles sweatshirt in New York City this summer.
During one of her shows during The Eras tour from Lincoln Financial Field in May, the Eagles’ home venue, Swift confidently said she was a fan of the franchise.
But her previous statements haven’t saved Swift from a temporary ban from Q102’s airwaves now that she’s dating Chiefs with Travis Kelce.
The embargo on “Love Story,” “Cruel Summer” and other Swift songs begins Friday and will be lifted Tuesday after the contest takes place.

Swift has been romantically linked to Kansas City native Travis Kelce since September
Swift has been spotted in Chiefs gear several times over the past two months while attending Kelce’s games.
Kelce flew to Argentina for one of Swift’s concert stops and was seen hanging out with Scott Swift, Taylor’s father, during the show. Scott was wearing a Chiefs lanyard.
Swift also changed the lyrics to her song “Karma” during one of the shows in Argentina in Kelce’s honor, which brought a big smile from the 34-year-old tight end.
The meeting between the Chiefs and Eagles is the biggest game of the NFL regular season so far.
Kelce playing for the Chiefs has led some to wonder if he has converted Swift’s fandom
Swift is from Pennsylvania and has revealed herself to be an Eagles fan a few times
Philadelphia is the best in the NFL at 8-1, while the Chiefs are competing for the top spot in the AFC at 7-2.
The game is also a rematch of last season’s Super Bowl, which the Chiefs won 38-35 in February.
Both Andrea and Scott Swift, alongside the happy couple’s parents Ed and Donna Kelce, are expected to be at the game in Kansas City on Monday.
Taylor Swift’s own appearance at the game is unknown.
Kelce will have a big say in the outcome of the game, as will his older brother, Jason Kelce, who is an offensive lineman for the Eagles.
