She followed this up with a photo of the weather forecast in Kansas City, which showed negative temperatures and snow.
Hours later, Earle posted photos of a dolphin hat and photos of herself wearing the hat, along with a dolphin jacket.
She then posted a video of the view from the window of her plane as the flight soared high above the clouds with her location tagged as Kansas City, Missouri.
Her last post before arriving at Arrowhead Stadium was a selfie of herself bundled up in the jacket and giving a thumbs up with the caption “done,” seeming to report that she was about to get off her plane and into the dangerously cold temperatures in Kansas. City.
Earle then added a photo of her take on the game, nicely tucked into a suite to stay warm.
Earle – like every other fan who attended the game – was smart to take precautions and dress in extra layers before the game, due to the fact that the weather forecast was incredibly gloomy for the game, with some forecasts indicating that the wind chill could be as low as -30 come game time.
Temperatures in Kanas City were expected to drop to dangerously cold levels during the match
Arrowhead Stadium was expected to have temperatures around -5°F at kickoff and could drop to -10°F, if not lower, later in the evening.
Video footage from inside the stadium showed water bottles freezing and turning to ice within seconds due to the low temperature.
Fans were also allowed to bring blankets that do not have zippers or compartments, as well as portable chargers and non-dry cell batteries to power heated clothing.
Additionally, those who want to protect themselves from the cold seats can bring 3ftx5ft pieces of cardboard to sit on.
It felt like -14 degrees with a wind chill around 9 a.m., according to FOX4 in Kansas City, but that didn’t stop a lot of fans from fighting through the conditions to get out.
ESPN NFL Analyst Robert Griffin III tweeted that the Chiefs game will have to be postponed due to weather, as will the game between the Buffalo Bills and Pittsburgh Steelers.
