Sylvia Jeffreys complains about the exhausting bedroom ‘whack-a-mole game’ that has been keeping her up for hours

Sylvia Jeffreys has revealed her secrets to successfully conquering the ‘marathon’ of putting her two young sons to bed every night.

The Today Extra presenter, 38, revealed in a piece for Nine honey that she keeps to a strict routine to get her sons Oscar, four, and Henry, three, to sleep.

“For the past few years, I have ritualistically completed a marathon every night, bedtime with two kids,” she began.

She added that when she finally put her children to bed, she felt a “runner’s high,” similar to the joy she gets from competing in marathons across the country.
