Sydney Sweeney is drenched in blood in a behind-the-scenes video from the set of her upcoming horror film Immaculate
Sydney Sweeney promoted the release of her upcoming film Immaculate on Sunday by sharing a photo and a video on her Instagram account.
In her clip, the 26-year-old actress’s face and hands were covered in fake blood as she worked on the feature film.
The actions of The White Lotus star – whose Instagram account was recently hijacked by Conor McGregor – appeared to have greatly amused her friends, who laughed heartily as they recorded the video.
Sweeney also included a photo of her posing in front of various promotional installations for the feature film that had been shown in Hollywood.
The artist kept it casual in a white jacket and matching crop top, teaming it with cream jeans and two-tone sandals as she posed for the photo.

The development of Immaculate was revealed to the public in October 2022, when the Euphoria actress was first involved with the project.
In addition to starring in the film, Sweeney and her fiancé Jonathan Davino were two of the producers.
The Michael Mohan-directed feature film revolves around a woman who takes on a role in an Italian monastery and then discovers dark secrets in her new home.
The film’s cast was completed by artists such as Alvaro Morte, Giorgio Colangeli and Simona Tabasco.
Physical production of the project took place in Rome and crewing was completed in February last year.
The world premiere of Immaculate took place last Tuesday during the South By Southwest festival in Austin, Texas.
The feature has received mixed to positive reviews from critics and currently has a 67% rating Rotten tomatoes.
Sweeney recently spoke with The Hollywood Reporter and recalled that many of her Euphoria fans asked her to try her hand at the horror genre.

Immaculate’s wide release is currently scheduled for March 22nd
She said: ‘I already had the script so I was really excited to see everyone’s reactions to Euphoria season two and everyone was like, “A horror movie! Give us a horror movie!” I was like, ‘Just wait and see!’
The performer also spoke about the choice between acting and producing projects.
‘It depends on what comes my way and what I think and what I want to go after. I want to produce things that I’m not in, which is that I can tell stories to others, and it just really depends on the story,” she stated.
Immaculate’s wide release is currently scheduled for March 22nd.
