“I usually eat a big bowl of potatoes for dinner,” she said.
‘I normally eat whole grains about once or twice a week and when I do eat whole grains I like to eat a lot of vegetables with them just to help with satiety and fullness.’
Paige also posts her meals and workouts on TikTok and Instagram, where some users are questioning fitness fanatics’ meals – with many pointing out that she doesn’t seem to eat much protein or fat.
Paige, who doesn’t eat meat, gluten, dairy or eggs, insists she gets enough nutrients from her plant- and fruit-based diet.

Paige first went raw vegan in 2018 and said she was stuck in a vicious cycle of fad diets and over-exercising, eating just 1,300 calories a day and going to the gym six times a day for an hour and a half. a week.
She said she started consuming between 2,500 and 3,000 calories from 4.5kg of raw fruits and vegetables every day, and saw her weight rise from 135kg to 115kg. She claimed it also relieved her acne and aided her digestion.

Freelee made headlines in 2020 after sharing what she consumes in a day.
In her video of her meals on TikTok, she encouraged her more than one million fans to eat less meat.
