- Naomi Campbell, 53, launches her new collection with PLT in September
- The clothing line is her first venture since welcoming her second child this week
Supermodel Naomi Campbell has signed a groundbreaking partnership with fashion giant PrettyLittleThing.
The British fashion icon, 53, who became a mother for the second time this week, designed the new collection of statement looks and timeless pieces and will launch her exclusive line in September during New York Fashion Week.
In PLT’s biggest collaboration to date, Naomi will front the range shot in Los Angeles earlier this year, combining her impeccable style with the online brand’s commitment to bringing glamorous, celebrity-inspired looks to their customers for an affordable price.
Naomi’s partnership with the brand comes after a long-standing friendship with former CEO Umar Kamani, 35, who stepped down in April but is still deeply involved in the top-secret project.
As one of the pioneers of the fashion industry, having become the first black model to grace a British Vogue cover in 1988, and having more than three decades of experience among its designers, sources close to PrettyLittleThing say the brand is thrilled to to have her on board.

The partnership will be Naomi’s first venture after the birth of her second child, whom she introduced to her 15.2 million Instagram followers on Thursday.
A fashion insider told MailOnline: ‘This is huge, it’s such a privilege for Naomi to showcase her own collection at PLT.
“It has been talked about between Naomi and Umar for years, but now their ideas have finally become reality and soon the rest of the world will see everything they have worked on.
‘Naomi is of course a total perfectionist and has designed the range with every detail carefully executed.’
The partnership will be Naomi’s first venture after the birth of her second child, whom she introduced to her 15.2 million Instagram followers on Thursday.
Her newborn son, whose name remains unknown, is the model’s second baby after she welcomed a daughter in May 2021.
She captioned an image of her rocking her son while her daughter held his hand: “My little darling, know that you are cherished beyond measure and surrounded by love from the moment you graced us with your presence. A true gift from God. Blessed! Welcome little boy.’
She added, “It’s never too late to become a mother.”
Naomi never revealed how her daughter was born, but rather hinted that she may have used a surrogate, saying that science has given her the chance to start a family “whenever she wants.”
On Friday, the announcement was confirmed on PrettyLittleThing’s Instagram with a short video showing a director’s chair with Naomi’s name on it

Naomi’s achievements go beyond her A-list status in the fashion industry after raising millions of pounds for underprivileged children through her charity Fashion for Relief
Earlier this month, Naomi sat in the front row at Paris Fashion Week when she attended the Wales Bonner Menswear Spring/Summer 2024 show
In the past six months alone, Naomi has attended the opening of Dubai’s Atlantis the Royal hotel, the Vanity Fair Oscars after-party, and the Cannes Film Festival, as well as growing her young family.
Naomi’s accomplishments, which include modeling for the likes of Burberry, Chanel, and Prada, go beyond her A-list status in the fashion industry.
The model founded the charity Fashion for Relief in 2005 and has since raised millions of pounds for underprivileged children.
She started charity work with Nelson Mandela in 1993, and in 1997 he named her ‘Honorary Granddaughter’ because of her endless activism.
