Sarah Harris has spoken candidly about her divorce from husband Tom Ward.
The former Studio 10 host, soon to join The Project, says dealing with the divorce was “real and scary.”
“There’s that feeling that there’s no real anchor, there’s no one on the phone’s side, even though it’s always there,” the 41-year-old says. Stellar magazine.

“When you go through something like that, it’s like you’re walking around with no skin and you feel like everyone can see your insides.
“You feel so exposed and vulnerable. It was hard because I had to deal with all these changes with the show as well.”
The former couple share two sons together, Paul, six, and Harry, four, and Sarah says they’proud of how resilient they have been’.

“They know they have two parents who absolutely love them more than anyone or anything else on this planet. It was good to keep that focus,” she said.
Earlier this year, the TV presenter discussed dating divorcees with dating columnist Jana Hocking when she revealed she has spent a lot of time in therapy.
“What about the luggage that comes with us? I mean, I have more baggage than the Woman’s Weekly,’ Sarah asked Jana.

“At least you know what your problems are now,” she replied.
Sarah admitted, “That’s true, that’s true. I spent a lot on therapy.’

She told The Sydney Morning Herald that they “took time apart” but “remain good friends and are deeply committed to co-parenting our two beautiful boys.”
Sarah and Tom married in 2014 at Saint Ignatius’ College in Riverview, Sydney.
At the time of their wedding, which took place five years after they started dating, Sarah gushed about Tom in an interview with The Daily Telegraph.
She told The Sydney Morning Herald that they “took time apart” but “remain good friends and are deeply committed to co-parenting our two beautiful boys.”
“I’m so excited to celebrate my love for my best friend Tom,” she said.
Tom hadn’t appeared on Sarah’s public Instagram account, which has more than 85,000 followers, in over a year.
