DownDetector Outage Map shows problems in Boston, New York, Washington DC, Dallas, Chicago, Los Angeles, Tampa and other major cities.
About 91 percent of the problems are caused by the app. Seven percent of people say they can’t log in to their account and two percent can’t pay.
