Stacey Solomon showed off her rarely seen sister Samantha Stone on Instagram on Tuesday.
While her brother Jemma appears regularly on the presenter’s social media channels and even has her own book, Samantha prefers a life away from the spotlight.
But Stacey, 33, showcased her younger sister’s talents when she revealed she’s turned to the personal trainer for help with her new workout regimen.
The former X Factor star started using husband Joe Swash’s gym equipment a few weeks ago, after it sat unused in the Pickle Cottage garage.
Stacey said, “I promised I’d introduce my other sister to you and Samantha Stone didn’t like this!” She is the funniest and craziest of all of us. But is the most camera-shy person I know.’

Stacey then proceeded to upload some clips of herself working up a sweat with barbells and barbells.
The TV favorite looked fabulous in a yellow leotard.
She wrote, “I’ll be honest, I find everything so hard. But I’ve gotten so much better and stronger and I’m so proud of the fact that even though I don’t actually get excited to start training, I do it anyway. For myself.
And so grateful my sister fills me with motivation. I have the craziest job, ATM family schedule and honestly it has given me so much energy.
“I feel so much better in myself. I don’t care what I look like. It has never bothered me and I love my body and everything it has done for me. I just wanted to feel good and get my energy back and show up and working out does that for me. ‘
Stacey previously spoke about her family dynamic when she talked about Samantha.
She said, “Many of you said, ‘I didn’t know you had another sister, where did you hide her?’ She’s actually my stepsister, but I would never call her that because we grew up together, so she’s my sister.

Stacey went on to explain the dynamics of her huge family, saying, “All together there are seven of us.
“We were a really big mixed family. So I have a stepsister, two stepbrothers, my brother and sister and then my father and stepmother had another baby, so I have another halfbrother.
“I call them all my brothers and sisters. I would never call them ‘steps’ just because it feels weird because we grew up as siblings.”
