Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Hunter McGrady reveals how her husband helped bust ‘pedophile’ sitting next to him on JetBlue flight to Boston
A Sports Illustrated swimsuit model has revealed how her husband helped arrest an alleged pedophile who sat next to him on a JetBlue flight.
Hunter McGrady posted on Instagram the details of her husband’s “heroic” actions when he alerted airline crew that his seatmate, identified as Jed Cohen, 74, was viewing disturbing photos and videos of prepubescent girls.
The disgusting incident occurred Tuesday while McGrady’s husband was on a plane from Nashville to Boston.
Cohen was charged with possession of child pornography, distributing photographs of sexual or intimate parts of a child and paying for sex acts with a child under 18.
He was arraigned Wednesday by Judge Debra DelVecchio in Boston Municipal Court and is being held on $10,000 bail, with house arrest including GPS monitoring if he is released, a press release by the Massachusetts Suffolk County Prosecutor’s Office.

McGrady wrote on her Instagram, “When I was alone this week my husband was here being a hero,” she wrote with three laughing emojis.
She added: ‘He spent hours taking notes, photos and videos on his flight to Boston, collecting evidence while sitting next to a pedophile and communicating with the flight attendants, and they caught him.’
Prosecutors have not identified the “witness,” but McGrady’s husband is advertising executive Brian Keys. The couple married in June 2019 and have two children, according to SKPop.
Prosecutors said the witness gave the crew notes of his observations, including “a WhatsApp question: ‘how old is a girl?’ – ‘the answer was 4’ – ‘how young is she?’ – ‘she’s five, honey, she’s all you need’ – ‘how much does it cost to use her (expletive) for a night?'”
A flight crew member also reported seeing two photos on Cohen’s phone. One showed a clothed girl about 10 years old with pigtails. The second showed another girl, slightly older, naked from the waist up, the district attorney’s office said.
On the day of the incident, the flight crew reported to Massachusetts State Police that a passenger on the plane had reported that another passenger, later identified as Cohen, had been viewing disturbing photos and sending “sickening” text messages.
The witness stated that Cohen had been exhibiting this behavior prior to takeoff and that he was on his phone for most of the flight.
He was also caught viewing multiple photos and videos of various girls, ranging from toddlers to girls around 10 and 11 years old.
Troopers met the plane at Logan Airport and spoke with Cohen, who gave them his passcode to unlock his phone. It was then that police saw the messages that matched the witness’s information.
Photos of underage girls in see-through lingerie, including one photo of a nude underage girl, were found on Cohen’s phone. They also found a photo of a prepubescent girl performing sex acts on an adult man, to which Cohen texted her, “I love her.”

Investigators said they found additional messages containing videos and photos of sexual acts between adult men and underage girls. In one message, Cohen solicited sexual encounters with a 3-year-old in his apartment for payment.
Suffolk District Attorney Kevin Hayden said: “To call these allegations disturbing is an understatement.”
‘Any form of sexual exploitation leaves lifelong scars, and the damage increases exponentially when the victims are children.
“I thank the passenger for alerting the crew and I am grateful to the crew for their quick action in notifying the authorities.”
Cohen is due back in court on August 16 for a probable cause hearing.
