A synagogue in Sydney has been spray-painted with at least a dozen swastikas in the latest anti-Semitic attack on the city.
The Southern Sydney Synagogue in the suburb of Allawah was the latest target of anti-Semitic vandals who defaced a large red Swastika sign at the entrance to the place of worship with the words “Hitler at the top”.
Two men in dark clothing and masks were reportedly seen hanging around the synagogue in the early morning hours.
Chairman of the Jewish Board of Deputies David Ossip told Daily Mail Australia ‘enough is enough’.
“It is not normal or acceptable that Australians should have to wake up every morning with anxiety about whether another anti-Semitic hate crime has occurred overnight,” Mr Ossip said.
“This illegal behavior is reprehensible and undermines the social harmony and cohesion we all cherish.
“We cannot afford to become desensitized to acts of Jew-hatred and allow illegal behavior like this to become normalized.
“The alleged offenders must be promptly identified and prosecuted and given sufficient penalties to ensure that such behavior is deterred and not normalized.”

“From looking at the CCTV footage, it appears that there were two men in black hoodies and masks spraying the walls of the synagogue,” Foster said. The Daily Telegraph.
The Australian Jewish Association said ‘social cohesion has been destroyed’.
“Every day we wake up to news of a new anti-Semitic attack,” the organization wrote on X.
“Australia has changed significantly under the Albanian government.”
