Sophie Turner looks jovial as she steps out in NYC with her young daughters… after reaching custody agreement with Joe Jonas amid bitter divorce battle

Sophie Turner was spotted with her two daughters on Wednesday after reaching a custody agreement with her estranged husband Joe Jonas this week.

The Game of Thrones star, 27, pushed her eldest Willa, three, in a pram while the woman, who appeared to be a nanny, carried baby Delphine, one, in a snug sling.

Sophie appeared to be in great spirits despite her bitter divorce battle – which began last month after Joe, 34, filed for divorce after four years.

For a stroll down the sidewalk with her girlfriends, the UK native wore a cropped green sweater styled with low-rise khaki pants and white sneakers with green accents.

Her long, pale blonde hair was worn flat, and she had a pair of black Ray-Ban sunglasses over her eyes.

Willa looked lovely as she returned in her pram with a blanket and her favorite stuffed toy in hand.

Meanwhile, Delfina was fast asleep on her nanny’s chest wearing a cute pair of leggings and purple socks.

Their father Joe is currently performing on stages across the United States with his brothers Nick and Kevin as part of the ‘Jonas Brothers World Tour’.

The American leg will end at the end of December, and the tour will resume in February for concerts across Europe and the United Kingdom.

Earlier this week, Joe and Sophie officially spoke after reaching a temporary custody agreement.

They shared a statement on Tuesday announcing their new arrangement after going through mediation last week amid their brutal divorce battle.

DailyMail.com previously obtained court documents that reveal the new custody arrangement will give each parent two weeks with their daughters and allow the girls to travel back and forth between the US and the UK.

“Following a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend equal time in loving homes in both the US and the UK,” Joe and Sophie said in a joint statement.

“We’re looking forward to being great co-parents,” the couple added.

The former entertainers have two daughters, three-year-old Willa and one-year-old Delphine, whose name was not released before their split.

The former couple, who said they had amicably agreed in the documents, will each get two weeks with their daughters until January.

They will also be allowed to travel anywhere in the US and UK, meaning Turner can bring the girls to England, which he claims will be their ‘forever home’.

While Jonas will have to take the girls on tour with his band The Jonas Brothers, Turner will be able to spend Christmas with them in the UK with her family.

The deal comes after four days of intensive mediation in New York, where the girls are currently staying with Turner, from October 4-7. The child custody settlement is expected to finalize the couple’s divorce.

In a court filing by Turner’s attorney, Stephen Cullen, mediation is “ongoing and productive” and that the custody split comes “pending the amicable resolution of all issues.”

Cullen appears to have made good on his promise to ‘crush the mercury’ during a court hearing in New York last week.

Jonas filed for divorce on September 1 in Miami, and sources close to him claim that Turner has been partying too much, leaving him alone to care for their daughters.

Turner hit back, accusing Jonas of refusing to hand over the girls’ passports so they could return to England with her.

She cited international child abduction law as a reason for the children to be with her.

The split has sparked court proceedings in Miami, the UK and New York, where the issue of child custody is being resolved.

A court filing in New York states that both parties are engaged in mediation in the UK and the US.

Under the previous temporary consent order, the girls had to stay in New York.

Another temporary consent order, which both sides asked a judge to approve, said both sides agreed to have the girls with Turner from Oct. 9-21.

Turner can ‘temporarily travel’ with them anywhere in the US or UK, but must return them to New York on October 21, where they will be ‘transferred’ to Jonas.

The handover must take place at a time and location convenient for both parties, the filing states.

Jonas will be with the children until Nov. 2, when he or their nanny will return them to New York.

He will be able to travel anywhere in the US, which means the girls will be able to accompany him on his US tour with the Jonas Brothers.

During those dates, the group is scheduled to play in Austin, Texas, along with Southern California stops in San Diego and Anaheim.

They play in Fresno, California on Nov. 2, which could explain why their babysitter might fly them back to New York for a handover.

The document states that Turner will have the children for the next two weeks until November 22, and Jonas will have them for the next two weeks until December 16 under the same conditions.

Turner will be able to spend Christmas with his daughters, as he will be with them from December 16 until January 7, when he will have to return them to New York.

A trial to resolve the custody issue is scheduled for January 2.

Previous legal filings detailed how the couple’s three-year marriage quickly fell apart in August after Jonas allegedly saw Turner insulting him on their camera at The Ring.

He filed for divorce two weeks later, claiming their relationship was ‘irretrievably broken’.

But Turner responded with a lawsuit in New York.

In court documents, she claimed the couple sold their Miami home in March and bought a $9 million house near Oxford, UK, which they thought would be their ‘forever home’.

Turner went further in legal filings in Miami, where she included a letter Jonas wrote to the property’s seller showing him gushing about the prospect of living there.
