Sophie Duchess of Edinburgh beams as she leaves private members club with friends in Mayfair

Sophie, the Duchess of Edinburgh, beamed as she left the private club with friends in Mayfair on Tuesday evening.

The royal, 59, appeared in good spirits as she laughed with friends from the back of a car as she walked home from Loulou’s private members club.

The mother-of-two wore a blue and white floral dress and her blonde locks were styled in bouncy curls.

Meanwhile, her glamorous makeup, with a smokey eye, enhanced her natural beauty.

Sophie, who has been letting her hair down during a busy royal schedule recently, added a little more glamor with elegant diamond earrings for the outing.

The royal’s husband, Prince Edward, appeared to skip the event as he was not pictured leaving the club with Sophie.

It comes after royal fans went crazy over the ‘adorable’ moment Sophie started dancing as she joined a number of Royal Windsor Horse Show winners on their victory lap.

She attended the Berkshire event this weekend with her husband and daughter Lady Louise Windsor.

After the International Driving event concluded, the Royal Family were invited to join the winners on their victory lap around Castle Arena.

Footage captured by X user and royal fan @Mari_Edinburghs shows the mother of two children initially walking down the racecourse with her husband and daughter.

But after being called back, Sophie took up a gentle jog as she made her way to the Australian team’s carriage.

Sophie then did a little dance before getting into the carriage, with four prize-winning horses at the front.

After taking their seats at the front, the royal family could not contain their excitement and were seen clapping in cheers as they rushed away.

Sophie also smiled and waved in Prince Edward’s direction during the victory lap.

The footage was then posted to X, formerly known as Twitter, where it was viewed more than 53,000 times and proved a hit with royal fans.

One replied: ‘I love this video! The Duchess of Edinburgh was so delighted that she was asked to ride with the winners.’

Another gushed: ‘Omg she’s just the cutest! Thanks for sharing.’ “She’s so sweet,” said a third. “I’d like to meet her informally, she looks nice!” “Oh my god,” a fourth added. “This is cute!”

Sophie’s appearance at the Royal Windsor Horse Show followed her historic visit to Ukraine last week.

The Duchess of Edinburgh became the first British royal to visit the country since the Russian invasion.

Sophie, 59, met with President Zelensky and his wife – and delivered a personal message from King Charles – as she shared her loneliness with survivors of conflict-related sexual violence and torture during her emotional one-day trip.

The mother-of-two traveled in her role as a campaigner for the UK’s Preventing Sexual Violence in Conflict Initiative and the Women, Peace and Security agenda.

It is understood she was ‘keen to show her solidarity with the men, women and children affected by the Russian invasion’.

She arrived in the country on the same day that at least four people were killed in a barrage of Russian rocket attacks in the Ukrainian port city of Odesa, almost 300 miles (480 kilometers) away.

In Kiev, the Duchess listened as survivors of sexual violence, both men and women, courageously shared their stories, and spoke with women displaced people – internally displaced people – and volunteers who are helping their communities cope with the trauma of the invasion.
