Sonia Kruger says ‘awakened’ dietary requirements ruin Christmas: ‘How the hell did cavemen survive without an oat milk latte?’
Sonia Kruger says her guests’ dietary requirements are ruining the Christmas holidays.
The Big Brother host talks in this week’s issue Stellar magazinee that modern “woke” meal requests have made hosting a pain during the holiday season.
“While I’m half-capable of putting together a seasonal soirée, I’d honestly rather have a root canal than the designated host,” said the 57-year-old.

“For starters, you’re going to be completely confused by what to serve because you have to meet everyone’s highly evolved nutritional needs,” she said.
“Gluten-free, lactose-free, nitrate-free… honestly, how on earth did cavemen and women survive without an oat milk latte and a protein bar to snack on?”
Sonia says she’s “become a fan of Christmas ghosting” and would rather take a vacation than see her family over the holidays.

“For starters, you’re going to be completely confused by what to serve because you have to meet everyone’s highly evolved nutritional needs,” she said
“Forget obligation and expectation, I suggest wagging the whole festive fiasco and having some fun instead,” she said.
It comes after Sonia shared her health and fitness secrets back in May Healthy-like podcast that dancing makes her look well-groomed.
“You’re working out, but you don’t realize how much you’re doing because you’re really having a good time,” she said.
“Gluten-free, lactose-free, nitrate-free… honestly, how on earth did cavemen and women survive without an oat milk latte and a protein bar to snack on?” she said
“It’s the kind of activity that makes everyone happy,” she added.
The mother of one praised dancing for its fitness benefits, including cardio, strength and resistance.
“Even your own body weight is a form of strength and resistance training,” she said.
Sonia’s ballroom dancing background helped her get her start in the industry when she played a supporting role in Baz Luhrmann’s film Strictly Ballroom in 1992.
