The stepson of the British billionaire who was on the doomed Titan submarine when it imploded last month is drawing fresh social media backlash after claiming he will receive his inheritance but still can’t get a date.
Brian Szasz revealed on Twitter that he now has “millions left” in inheritance following the death of his stepfather Hamish Harding, telling one user that he will receive “more than you will make in your lifetime.”
After deactivating some of his social media profiles following the backlash and news of his stepfather’s passing, Szasz has now returned to the site and stated, “With millions left, I still can’t get laid.”
Szusz was criticized by some for “disrespectful” comments following his stepfather’s death, with some asking “Are you sure you were included in the will?”
He has not confirmed whether he has received his entire inheritance yet or how much money he would receive – likely to be shared with his sister, stepbrothers and mother. In the US, it can take up to two years for estate taxes to be paid.
It comes after Szasz initially received massive criticism for attending a Blink182 concert and responding to Twitter posts from scantily clad OnlyFans models while his stepfather Hamish Harding had been aboard the Titan submarine when it lost contact, sparking a lengthy search for the ill-fated vessel.

Szasz’s stepfather, Hamish Harding, had been aboard the Titan submarine when it lost contact, sparking a lengthy search for the ill-fated ship.
Szasz has now taken quite the leap back on social media, begging, “With all this money, I just want a girl to hang out with, please!”
One of Szasz’s followers asked him how much inheritance money he has, and that “anything more than $0 is too much.”
Szasz hit back saying it would be “more than you will earn in a lifetime.”
In a now-deleted Tweet, Szasz said, “With millions left, I still can’t get laid.”
Szasz has said he has received a lot of backlash on Twitter for his antics during a massive search and rescue mission to find and rescue his stepfather and four other passengers aboard the OceanGate Titan submarine who went missing during an expedition to the wreck of the Titanic.
During the failed search, he responded to an OnlyFans model named Brea and asked, “Can I sit on you.”
Just 30 minutes before asking his followers to remember his family, he wrote, “Please keep my family in your prayers!”
Since the tragedy, Szusz took to Twitter again to tell his followers, “Anyone who’s been nice to me, I’m taking to Taylor Swift’s Eras tour in LA!”
It is not yet known how much Szusz will receive in inheritance. However, Harding was widely regarded as a billionaire as the owner of the Dubai-based Action Aviation company.
Szusz will have to split the money with his stepbrothers, Harding’s sons Rory, 18, and Giles, 15.
Part will probably have been left to his wife Linda and to Szusz’s sister Lauren.

It comes after Szusz reactivated his Twitter profile after going quiet on social media following the news of his stepfather’s passing
In response to a post from a follower asking how his family is doing, Szasz replied, “Stay strong thanks!”
Szasz also tweeted an exchange he had with Blink-182 drummer and husband of Kourtney Kardashian Travis Barker.
The star had reached out to Szasz, a Blink-182 fan, on Twitter and said, “Praying for you and your family.”
After Harding’s death, his company said in a statement that the billionaire made his career by “making unusual things happen” and has three Guinness World Records and a trip to space on Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin on his resume.
In 2021, he set the record for the longest time spent at the bottom of the sea after four hours and 15 minutes exploring the Mariana Trench, the deepest place on Earth.
At the same time, Harding set the record for the greatest distance traveled at full ocean depth. On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing in 2019, he also set a world record for the fastest circumnavigation of the Earth.
But his record setting barely scratches the surface of a life of danger and excitement.

In 2016, he and good friend Buzz Aldrin went on an expedition to Antarctica, where at age 86, the astronaut became the oldest person to reach the South Pole.
Harding repeated the trick in 2020, returning with his son Giles, who at age 12 became the youngest person to achieve the point.
And last year he received a Living Legends of Aviation award from actor Morgan Freeman. The award was previously presented to Aldrin, as well as billionaires Sir Richard Branson, Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk.
Harding, a science and chemical engineering graduate of the University of Cambridge, also held 16 air speed records and last year became the first Briton to travel on Blue Origin’s fifth crewed spaceflight mission.
