Snoop Dogg has some fun with Ed Sheeran and Russell Crowe backstage at their Melbourne concert, as fans notice a jar of suspicious green herbs on the table.
One is a controversial rapper, another is a British singer and the third is one of Australia’s most successful Hollywood exports.
And on Saturday night, three worlds collided when Snoop Dogg, 51, Ed Sheeran, 32, and Russell Crowe, 58, met backstage at Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena.
Snoop had performed at the arena that night and uploaded a photo showing the trio partying along with members of the crew on Instagram.
Snoop, who is well known for his love of cannabis, was photographed sitting between the two men with a glass jar of suspicious green herbs on the table in front of him.
A number of burnt rolled cigarettes were also found on what appeared to be a set list.

An Instagram video of the encounter shows Snoop puffing on a freshly rolled cigarette as he talks to the couple and jokes to Sheeran that he’ll “smoke all your weed.”
The clip also appears to show Snoop gifting Ed and Russel a chunky chain bearing the logo of his Death Row Records jewelry line, which is worth $9600 AUD.
Snoop has a habit of giving celebrities this chain when he meets them, and recently gifted one to Jamie Foxx.

Daily Mail Australia does not suggest that neither Ed nor Russell smoked anything that night.
In October, Snoop’s professional “joint sprayer” revealed that the flamboyant American rapper smokes up to 150 marijuana joints a day.
The Gin and Juice star lives in California, where the recreational use of marijuana is legal, and has employed a joint tamper full-time since 2016.
The employee, known as Renegade, revealed on The Kyle and Jackie O Show that she had rolled more than 450,000 joints for Snoop during that time.

I estimate it at more than 450,000. I do about a half pound a day, which is 75 to 150 joints,” he told radio hosts Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson.
Sandilands said he once spent time in California with Snoop, who told him he learned how to roll joints from the late hip-hop icon Tupac Shakur.
In 2015, the rap artist launched his own platform called Merry Jane, a lifestyle media site that serves as an information hub for everyone interested in weed aimed at the occasional or daily smoker.
