Shocking video shows Venezuelan gang beating Colorado property manager to a pulp

A Colorado property manager was allegedly beaten to a pulp by a Venezuelan gang that took over his building.

Shocking video captured the brutal attack on the Aurora complex, which left the manager requiring hospital treatment.

The apartments have attracted national attention in recent months amid reports that they have been occupied by Tren de Aragua, a violent Venezuelan gang.

The manager’s employers, CBZ Management, shared images of the assault in 2023 as evidence of the crisis, which they blame on the government.

CBZ said the manager was attacked for refusing to take a $500 bribe after discovering a group of migrants squatting in a vacant apartment.

A property manager was allegedly beaten to a pulp by an immigrant gang that took over an apartment complex in Colorado

In the clip, the manager, dressed in a white shirt, can be seen talking to a group of three men in the hallway.

Suddenly they launch themselves at him, unleashing a series of punches and kicks.

At one point you see one of the men repeatedly stomping on the manager who is lying in a heap on the ground.

A photo taken after the horrific ordeal shows the manager covered in blood and with a black eye.

CBZ said the horror continued after the attack, with the manager sending threatening text messages.

“Also during scheduled tours, we often found people illegally occupying newly vacated apartments,” they said in a statement.

‘This was initially attributed to an influx of migrants exploiting the squatter laws.

‘We even received a call from a tenant who returned from holiday, only to find strangers living in his apartment. This legitimate tenant was forced to find a new home after the police were unable to help him. ‘

The complex’s owners shared the video in an attempt to push back on Aurora officials’ claims that there is no problem

ABC News anchor Martha Raddatz is among those who have dismissed allegations that migrant gangs have taken over the apartments

The company attacked officials for trying to discredit reports of the gang activity or blame them for the problem.

Aurora Mayor Mike Coffman called CBZ “out-of-state slum landlords” while flatly denying the claims.

“I just don’t think they’re credible,” Mayor Coffman said. “I mean, I think before the migrant crisis, they weren’t maintaining these buildings, and we were in court with them before the migrant crisis.”

The allegations were also dismissed by ABC News anchor Martha Raddatz during an interview with vice presidential hopeful JD Vance.

However, as DailyMail.com revealed earlier this week, the gang has also terrorized other US cities.

CBZ claims they have been left to fend for themselves, with no assistance provided at the city, state or federal level.

‘WWe were left helpless and watched as violence, bullets and destruction engulfed our buildings,” the company said. “Many of our legitimate tenants have fled out of fear.

“Despite the obvious crisis, several city officials refused to acknowledge the reality.

“Instead, they blamed us and cited ‘code violations’ as the reason for closing our property – violations we couldn’t resolve for tenants who weren’t even ours.

“Despite clear evidence, many still deny the reality of the situation, sometimes using us as scapegoats. That is why we are no longer silent.

“We will continue to combat falsehoods with simple facts and evidence.”
