Shannen Doherty is ‘terrified’ of having a facelift, but she did admit to having Botox injected ‘a few times’.
On Sunday, the 52-year-old former child star admitted her friend Anne Marie Kortright iHeartPodcast Let’s be clear: ‘I’ve had Botox. I’ve done it a few times. I think the last time I did it was about six months ago.”
Shannen confessed that she once booked a consultation with famed plastic surgeon Dr. Jason Diamond, who told her she was “a great candidate for” a facelift.
‘I thought, “No! No, not yet.” It petrifies me,” Shannen recalled.
‘I don’t know if I can do it. It really scares me. I don’t want to come out as a different person, that’s what really scares me.’

Beyond that, Doherty just hopes to “squeeze out another three to five years,” given her eight-year battle with incurable stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, which returned with a vengeance in late 2019.
The Tennessee-born brunette – who has undergone a mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiation – said the cancer has taken a toll on her libido.
“If you don’t feel good about yourself, it will kill your libido,” Shannen noted.
“But then… when medications take away your libido, or make things not as pleasant, like sex doesn’t feel as good.”
Then the 41-year-old model took Doherty to her gynecologist Dr. Sherry Ross, who “makes me blush.”
“I’ve never seen her so embarrassed!” Anne-Marie laughed.
‘She has all these little displays of things – of (sex) toys – and then she says, ‘Here Shannen, take this.’ And Shannen puts it in her bag. She says, “Do you think you can see it?” and I said, “No one can see it, no one knows it’s there!” She says, “Are you sure?”
The Charmed alum said, “I think it was in my bag for a long time. I’m turning red when I literally talk about it now.’

Shannen’s comments come two months after she told The Kelly Clarkson Show that she was ready to find love again amid the end of her 11-year marriage.

Shannen added that “perimenopause, menopause, just getting older” can also lead to lower libido: “It takes away from your self-confidence.” It takes away your identity.’
Doherty’s comments come two months after she claimed she was ready to find love again amid her divorce from third husband Kurt Iswarienko after 11 years of marriage.
‘Yes! I am enjoying my time,” the Hot Seat actress said The Kelly Clarkson Show.
‘It has been a very difficult year for me and it has been a very devastating one. There were some very shocking revelations. They’re nice.’
Shannen previously claimed that the 49-year-old photographer told her he had been having an affair with his agent Collier Grimm for “two years” just before her brain surgery in 2023.
Sources close to Kurt report this TMZ last year that he had told her he had moved out two years earlier and that they had already ‘lived separate lives’ – but Doherty has since doubled with her side of the split.
The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum officially filed for divorce from Iswarienko on April 21, requesting spousal support, and the estranged couple did not sign a prenuptial agreement.
“(After the divorce) I rolled over and was cuddling with my dog (Bowie) in bed, and her hair got caught in my mouth. And I said, “Maybe I’m ready for love.” She has priority on the bed for the time being. My dog is going to hate the next person that comes in,” Shannen told host Kelly Clarkson.
“The moment that person was gone, it’s almost as if the (dog) was drawn to the bed to make sure he or she was next to (me). She says, “I’m here, I’m here. You’re not alone.” And she’s cuddling now! It’s the weirdest thing!’
