Scarlett Moffatt has admitted that she is finally happy in her own skin after years of battling self-esteem issues while taking on stubborn trolls.

She said she has learned to be “kinder” to herself before criticizing people for finding “problems” with other people’s bodies, insisting that “it’s their problem.”

Scarlett admitted that it’s easy to ‘attack’ yourself for how you look, saying that people convince themselves they’d be happier if they looked different.

“I feel like I’m finally in a place where I’m very calm, everything has clicked.

Scarlett often writes body-positive captions on Instagram, sharing a photo of herself in a black jumpsuit along with a message urging people to “normalize breast gaps.”
