Following speculation that Saweetie – who recently filmed a new music video in Los Angeles – and the hip-hop star, 33, are an item, the singer seemed to dispel any doubt as she happily indulged in displays of affection with YG.
The duo enjoyed a relaxing dip in the resort pool, with the rapper embracing and kissing Saweetie at one point.
It comes after they were first spotted at the Coachella music festival last month, sparking romance rumors.

“I told her, ‘You’re a freezing girl, you need a glacier boy,'” Quavo (née Quavious Marshall) said in an interview with GQ.
Saweetie replied, “And I sent him the stir-fry [emoji] back,” referring to Migos’ 2017 hit.
But in March 2021, eagle-eyed fans noticed that the brunette unfollowed Quavo on Instagram, before returning the favor.
She later confirmed she is single in a Twitter post, referring to Quavo being unfaithful, as she spoke of “given intimacy to other women.”
‘I am single. I’ve endured too much betrayal and pain behind the scenes to circulate a false story that degrades my character,” the Icy Girl hitmaker wrote.
“Gifts don’t connect scars and the love isn’t real if the intimacy is given to other women.”

Meanwhile, Quavo took to Twitter soon after and didn’t hold back when he accused Saweetie of wanting to make a “show” and revealed his “disappointment” to her for talking about their personal affairs.
“I know you want to make a show out of this, so for once I’ll play my part. I don’t normally put my business there, especially my personal life. I feel the need to address this so there are no false stories.” The rapper wrote in his first post.
Soon after, he added, “I had love for you and was disappointed that you did all that. You are not the woman I thought you were. I wish you nothing but the best [prayer hands emoji]’
Saweetie took the high road when she retweeted the post with a simple “Take care.”
Saweetie added fuel to the fire and later gave an interview in which she stated ‘I don’t like liars’ but refused to confirm who she was referring to.
During an interview with Justin LaBoy on the With respect Justin YouTube channel, Saweetie was asked about the most disrespectful thing a man had done to her.
She replied, “He’ll break your heart… it’s the last straw…” but wouldn’t be drawn to who the man was.
‘I think it’s lying. It’s the principle, I don’t like liars.’ she added.

Later that month, a shocking video emerged of the pair arguing in an elevator, which sources on both sides claimed had happened the previous year.
In the clip, Quavo was seen dragging Saweetie to the ground after she waved at him in the elevator.
Saweetie started getting attention after she released her song Icy Grl on Instagram which got a million views in its first week and was covered by MTV, XXL and the source.
She followed it up with her 2019 summer single My Type, which debuted on Billboard’s Hot 10 chart, making her only the seventh female rapper to do so.
