S Club insisted that the “door is always open” for Hannah Spearritt to return to the band.
The group appeared on This Morning on Monday after claims she was no longer speaking to them following a contract spat.
Jo O’Meara said, “Yeah, the door is always open for Hannah. We’ve always said that. You never know what will happen in the future. We have packed plans for 2024, so we’ll see.”
Speaking of rehearsing for their new tour, Jon Lee said, “It was nice to get back behind the wheel.”
Tina Barrett added, “We were just really excited. We feel so blessed to be able to come back. New chapter and a sold-out tour.’

Exit: Hannah, 42, unexpectedly left the band in May, following the shock death of her ex-boyfriend and bandmate Paul Cattermole the previous month
Rachel Stevens added, “It’s the nostalgia for people. We just come with our greatest hits.’
Jo said, “We all got right back into it. The songs are so uplifting and so positive, you can’t help it, you just do it.’
Unfortunately, disaster struck in April when band member Paul Cattermole was found dead at his home in Dorset, weeks after announcing he would be rejoining the pop band.
Coroners found that Paul died of a “cardiac arrhythmia, acute myocardial ischemia and severe coronary artery atheroma and intraplaque hemorrhage.”
Joe said: ‘It was heavy. It would never be easy. Paul what a character he was so stupid. he was so full of fun and happiness. In the future we want to remember him as the lucky guy he was.’
Bradley McIntosh added, “We have videos of him that we will have forever too. We found it healing looking back at videos of him
Rachel added, “All the decisions we make are made around him. We’ve been in contact with Paul’s family and they are a big part of everything we do.’
Jo said, “Everything we’ve done has passed through Paul’s family with their blessing. We wouldn’t have done it without them.’

The TV appearance came a day after it was claimed that S Club and Hannah are no longer in talks, amid insider claims she felt “betrayed” by a falling out over contracts for the band’s upcoming tour .
The singer, 42, unexpectedly left the band in May following the shocking death of her ex-boyfriend and bandmate Paul.
The remaining members of the group – Rachel, Jo, Jon, Bradley and Tina Barrett – decided to rename S Club 7 to just S Club and continue as a five-piece.
Jon said in a video posted to Instagram, “You probably noticed there’s only five of us here today, and while Hannah will always be a part of S Club 7, she won’t be joining us on this tour.” We wish her all the best for the future.’
However, it has been reported that Hannah was unaware that she would not be included on the tour until after the post and was about to sign her contract before being ‘blindsided’ by the launch.

It is thought that Hannah has now signed a contract. But sources close to the star say she felt “betrayed” after being rejected from the tour and fear the “bad blood” between her and the group means there is “little to no chance” she will appear, according to The sun.
The source added, “Hannah is devastated. She was pushed out and doesn’t understand why. The rest of S Club have been told not to contact her.’
The insider claims that Hannah was “very eager to be a part of the tour” but “threw down on a few details” before signing her contract, while the other band members “said yes to everything” and signed immediately.
They add that she was then ‘thrown out’ after a series of disagreements with S Club creator Simon Fuller and that the rest of the band now ‘don’t even talk to her’.
S Club representatives have confirmed that Hannah has not spoken to the rest of the band.
Last month, MailOnline reported that she had engaged lawyers because the relationship between her and the band’s bosses had become “difficult.”
A source said: “It’s a shame it’s gotten to the point where Hannah has to find lawyers.”
Romance: Hannah and Paul dated from 2001 before splitting in 2006, with the pair rekindling their romance in 2015 before finally going their separate ways just months later (pictured 2004)
It comes after S Club appeared on the BBC’s The One Show last week where they discussed the possibility of Hannah returning to the band.
Host Alex Jones said, “Obviously we notice that Hannah isn’t here tonight. Will she come back in the future? What’s the plan there? Or is it just too much at the moment?’
Jon said, “The door is always open. I mean, there’s a lot of stuff coming up after the tour, we’ve got a lot of stuff coming up towards the end of this year, but there’s also a lot of projects that we’re working on for next year.
“So you know, she can always come over and maybe do something with us next year.”
Hannah and Paul dated from 2001 before splitting in 2006, with the pair rekindling their romance in 2015 before finally going their separate ways just months later.
Following his sudden death from heart problems in April at the age of 46, Hannah told The Sun: ‘I can’t stop crying. I still can’t believe I’ll never see him again.
“I do my best to keep it together, but once I start I can’t stop crying. And then I have to keep myself together for our two kids (with boyfriend Adam Thomas). I can’t even imagine a mother losing her child.’

Speak against The sunRachel said the bond is closer than ever now and bond over their shared grief.
Jo added that the band believes it is important to remember Paul as the ‘crazy’ bandmate he was and will pay tribute to him on their tour.
“The smiles have replaced the tears, in a very positive way,” she said
While filming the accompanying music video, they explained that they saw a butterfly that they thought was their deceased bandmate.
Tina told the publication, “There was a butterfly. We all sat down and a butterfly came out of nowhere. It was a very bright, beautiful butterfly that flew down and went off. I don’t know why, but I just thought, “That’s Paul.” It came out of nowhere.’
The band’s 25th anniversary reunion tour – which kicks off in October – has been renamed The Good Times Tour, after one of the songs on which Paul had lead vocals.
