Russell Crowe lashes out at Donald Trump, saying he would NEVER play him in a movie prior to his landmark indictment
Russell Crowe conducted an investigation into Donald Trump just hours before his arraignment on Tuesday, where he may face 30 cases of business fraud.
The Australian actor, 58, was discussing his new movie The Pope’s Exorcist on Channel Seven’s Sunrise when host Natalie Barr asked him if he would ever play Trump in a movie.
Donald Trump is the story of the day. Would you think of playing him in the future? I don’t think you’ve played it yet, Russell,’ Natalie asked.
The Robin Hood star avoided answering the question and checked his watch.
I’ve got lots of things to do,” Russell replied jokingly.

It comes after Trump landed in New York ahead of his landmark indictment in the Stormy Daniels hush money case on Tuesday.
It will make Trump the first former US president to face criminal charges when he is indicted, fingerprinted and photographed at the courthouse in midtown Manhattan.
His lawyers have said he will plead not guilty and his legal team is preparing to add a constitutional expert amid fears the judge will issue a gag order in the case.
His legal team also made a plea in court to ban cameras from the courtroom and hired top attorney Todd Blanche to bolster their defense.
The charges against Trump remain sealed, but are believed to stem from an investigation into $130,000 hush money paid to adult film star Stormy Daniels.
