Roxy Jacenko has always been a huge fan of Kim Kardashian.
And now her mom Doreen has taken style inspiration from Kim and her ex-husband Kanye West for the thorny $7.8 million house she’s building across the street from her daughter’s house. $6.6 million Vaucluse mansion.
Doreen said her state-of-the-art four-bedroom, five-bathroom home will become an “architectural masterpiece.”

Designed by prestigious Sydney architect William Smart, mock-up images of the mansion show that the house will feature an all-white exterior, bold angular shafts, flared terraces and soft rounded edges.
“The architecture will be bright, light-filled and layered,” Doreen said Nine.
“It is a house that will be sculptural, functional and relaxed both aesthetically and in terms of layout.”
Doreen’s new palace will also include a swimming pool, gym, media room and study area.
The mansion is directly across the street from the $6.6 million PR queen’s Vaucluse home
Doreen explained that a spiral staircase will connect all levels of the multi-storey layout.
She said architects are careful to build “sustainability measures” into the design.
These include photovoltaic panels – which convert sunlight into electricity – a rainwater harvester and double-glazed windows.

Doreen has hired Blainey North, Sydney’s favorite interior designer, to complete the look of the house, which she hopes will be completed in two years.
The new mansion will replace the $5 million Vaucluse cottage Doreen bought in 2021.
Doreen and ex-husband Nick built a lucrative empire in the Australian rag trade during their 38-year marriage.
It is believed that Jacenko’s estate included a cluster of commercial properties in Sydney’s Beaconsfield, Alexandria and Ultimo, each valued at approximately $15 to $20 million.
The couple, who divorced in 2011, sold a collection of investment properties in their name last year for a whopping $78 million.
