Wednesday was date night for Richard Gere and his wife, as they left the kids with a babysitter and supported a good cause.
The 74-year-old Golden Globe winner looked sharp as he stepped out with his wife Alejandra Silva on Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City for the 2024 City Harvest Gala.
He wore a navy blue suit with a matching light blue shirt and black shoes.
Silva, 41, looked ravishing in a black spaghetti strap dress with a sheer bodice and an ankle-length tiered lace skirt.
The Spanish activist completed the ensemble with silver chandelier earrings, a silver necklace and matching heels.

Wednesday’s event, hosted by Taye Diggs, honored Alex Cohen and John Legend, who raised money for food insecurity in New York.
Gere and Silva posed for a group photo with Cohen, Legend, 45, and his wife Chrissy Teigen, as well as other guests.
Silva was by her husband’s side as he recovered from pneumonia while they were on vacation in Mexico last year.
She noted that he was “mostly recovered” days later when she shared a video of them celebrating her 40th birthday.
The couple recently celebrated their sixth anniversary after tying the knot in a private ceremony in April 2018.
They share sons Alexander, 5, and a 4-year-old, whose name they have not revealed.
He also shares son Homer, 24, with ex-wife Carey Lowell, whom he was married to from 2002 to 2016.

Gere was also married to Cindy Crawford from 1991 to 1995, during which the supermodel recently recalled that she was “willing to shape herself a little bit” to be with him.
“I just think that for women, your twenties are one of those times where you start to come into your own and start to feel your own power and connect to your inner strength,” Crawford, 58, said on Apple TV+ in September series The Supermodel.
After they started dating in 1988, Crawford was 25 when she eloped with Gere, who was 17 years her senior.
“He was older, so I was just in a different circle and not doing the same fashionable things anymore,” Crawford said.
