Revealed: Olympian Alysha Newman’s OnlyFans earnings after the Canadian pole-vault star celebrated bronze in Paris by TWERKING to the crowd

Canadian pole vaulter Alysha Newman’s OnlyFans earnings have been revealed. The Olympic athlete also shared how she uses the platform to supplement her income.

The Olympic athlete has gone viral on social media in recent days after she was spotted celebrating winning a bronze medal in Paris by twerking for the crowd at the Stade de France.

The 30-year-old star delivered an exceptional performance on Tuesday by jumping 4.85 meters to finish third in the women’s pole vault final.

Australia’s Nina Kennedy, who won gold, and America’s Katie Moon, who won silver, both passed her in the final standings, but Newman’s jump made her the first Canadian woman to win a medal in this event in Olympic history.

Newman, who hails from Ontario, Canada, is one of a number of athletes using OnlyFans at the Games to earn extra cash. Team GB diver Jack Laughter, spoke candidly about his decision to use OnlyFans, claiming: “I’ll do anything to make a bit of extra money.”

Newman spoke openly about using the platform in an interview with Germany’s BILD, saying it gives her more self-confidence.

“I make money from what I post – you have to log in to find out. It gives me confidence and I feel good about it,” she told the German news outlet.

BILD also gave an estimate of how much she earns through the platform. While they say it is not possible to see how many subscribers she has, the outlet claims that more than 65,000 users have liked her profile.

They add that a monthly subscription to her page costs £10.23 ($12.99 USD), while access to her site dropped by £5.63 ($7.14 USD) during the Olympics, with Newman receiving several thousand likes during that period.

The creators of OnlyFans say they keep about 20 percent of the money they make on the site.

“Obviously, a lot of people have a certain cliché when they think of OnlyFans. I can’t change a lot of people’s minds,” Newman added, talking more about her side hustle.

‘But through this website I have gained many more fans, more than any other pole vaulter.

‘What others think, I don’t care. I am who I am and I do it well.’

The Canadian shares more about what she posts on her OnlyFans account: “I post a lot about my workouts, talk about nutrition, and give a lot of tips and tricks.”

Newman began her athletic career as a gymnast, but was forced to give up the sport at a young age after suffering a spinal injury.

After a year of being sidelined, she returned to sports, first doing ice hockey and then athletics.

Newman went on to win a bronze medal at the 2014 Commonwealth Games and won gold at the 2018 Commonwealth Games.

The Canadian told TSN about her bronze medal at the Olympics: “I’m so excited.”

‘I laugh because coming third, I mean, I’ve never come third before, but it’s funny because you still have to wait and sit there and wait for the other girls to finish.

‘So I’m standing there so awkwardly thinking, “What should I do? Should I celebrate? Should I kiss everyone? Should I cry?”

Newman said it was a “really surreal moment” to win the bronze medal

The 30-year-old added that she felt “honoured” to be the first female pole vaulter from Canada to take home a medal

Newman had completed her attempts at the same height as Moon, but missed out on the silver medal because she missed one more attempt than the American.

“It was a very surreal moment and it was amazing. I just feel very emotionally stable right now and feel so honoured to be the first (female) pole vaulter to bring home an Olympic medal for Canada.”
