Lindsay Lohan is wrapping up her summer of fun in Europe and she looks all the more radiant for it.

The 40-year-old actress has been sharing photos and videos of her travels on the water in recent weeks, and on Thursday she gave fans another glimpse into her exotic vacation.

Lohan’s husband Bader Shammas, 40, and their three-year-old son Luai were seen in photos shared to the star’s Instagram account.

“Thanks summer. It was great!’ the Dubai-based beauty began her caption.

‘Grateful for the time with friends and family and the beautiful world we live in. I feel blessed.”

In addition to solo selfies highlighting Lohan’s glowing skin, images of her posing with a series of friends also grabbed attention.

The Freaky Friday star, who has been married since April 2022, also posted photos of the loved-up couple on dates aboard the luxury ship that was their home away from home.

It came after Instagram posts from earlier in the holiday in which she described herself as ‘somewhere at sea’ and with ‘ocean hair’.

The blonde bombshell has been very private about the details of her son’s life, but she shared some images of Luai bonding with his dad through swimming and kayaking.

Earlier this month, Lohan was spotted at a rare reunion with her troubled father, Michael, at Le Bilboquet restaurant in Sag Harbor, New York.

Her mother Dina, 63, and siblings Michael Jr., 38, Ali, 32, and Dakota, 30, were present at the meeting, Page Six reported, as were her husband and their son.

Lohan previously acknowledged her birthday when she shared a note with her followers on Instagram alluding to her troubled past and the “mistakes” she’s made.

The Mean Girls actress said in her post that she was grateful for the “lessons” she has learned in life and also thanked the “people who have stood by my side.”

Her note began with “forty” and reflected on her forty years: “Grateful for every chapter that brought me here. For the lessons, the laughter, the love, the unexpected twists and the people who have supported me through it all.

“This next decade feels different. More grounded. More intentional. Happier. To family, friendship, new beginnings and making the most beautiful memories yet. Thanks for all the birthday love.”

Lohan also said that she believes you are already in your 30s [when] things are starting to click.”

When asked what advice she has for people approaching their 30s, Lohan told People, “I would say this decade is yours.

‘I think there’s so much pressure around what you need to know at a certain age, but I don’t think that’s necessarily the right way to look at it. You’re thirty [when] things are starting to click, and you also have to take seriously how you want to prepare yourself for your future.’

The movie star described turning 35 as another “wake-up call moment.”

She reflected, “I don’t know if I would say it’s between 30 and 40. For me it can also be 35 and 40… I think 35 is another milestone in a way, because then you are almost 40. You are closer. So it’s another wake-up call moment.”

Lohan has learned the importance of appreciating her success and her family.

When asked what she has learned over the past ten years, Lindsay replied, “The value of time. That time is precious, and sometimes we forget that time passes so quickly that we really have to enjoy every moment.”

Lohan is now based in Dubai and is rarely photographed publicly with her husband Bader Shammas

Her career also enjoyed a resurgence when she starred in two hit Christmas movies, which led to a Freaky Friday sequel. She is now filming the series Count My Lies with Shailene Woodley.

Lohan previously explained that while she is a “very positive person,” she has also learned to temper her enthusiasm. The actress admits that she has learned an important life lesson thanks to her husband.

The Parent Trap star told People: “I’m a very positive person, so I always expect everything to go the way it’s supposed to go.

‘My husband taught me: ‘You have to be prepared for other things so that you are not disappointed. If it doesn’t work out that way, that’s okay.’

Lohan added, “And that’s really important to me because I never really understood the value of that.

‘You are your own ship. If you don’t take care of yourself, anything can distract you in a second. Everything can take a turn.”
