‘Real Housewives star reveals surgeon husband ‘didn’t like her as a patient’
Real Housewives of New Jersey star Jennifer Aydin has revealed that she flew to Turkey for a $3,000 nose job, despite being married to a plastic surgeon, because her spouse “doesn’t like her as a patient” and refuses to operate. her again after performing her 2019 tummy tuck.

‘I didn’t want to involve my husband in this; he did a tummy tuck on me and he didn’t like me as a patient,’ he confessed.
‘I have five children and my husband is a plastic surgeon [so] people think I shit money,” Jennifer continued, before insisting that wasn’t the case, noting that her large number of children cost a lot of money.”

In June 2021, Jennifer revealed during an Instagram Live that she had had a nose job and a chin implant, the latter of which she had later removed.
So when it came to finding a doctor who was willing to perform her rhinoplasty, Jennifer chose to look further afield for someone who would not only do the best job, but also offer her a much cheaper price.
‘Nose jobs here can cost up to $25,000; I paid $3,000,’ she shared.
But Jennifer insists that paying less for her nose job didn’t mean she was forced to work with a less qualified doctor than her counterparts in the US – quite the opposite, in fact.
“Every plastic surgeon is good at their own trade: If you’re going to go to someone specifically for something that you’re very insecure about, you should go to someone who only does that procedure,” he explained.
“I was very convinced to go to someone who only does nose jobs.”
It also shed light on why her husband refused to do the procedure.
“When he did my tummy tuck, he did an amazing job, but whenever I had questions about something, I would call him,” Jennifer said.
“He always answers the phone when I call, so he was answering my phone calls when I was with patients. So he told me, “You can’t take advantage because I’m your husband,” so he wouldn’t have done my nose even if he had asked.

In February of last year, she admitted that she “immediately regretted” her chin implant and was “not happy with my nose job either.”
Jennifer added that she would “never recommend” the doctor she used in her native Turkey to anyone.
He went on to say in his Instagram post: ‘I’m officially done with surgeries! So try to be kind as you watch my healing process, in more ways than one. It wasn’t easy to share… none of that.’

Jennifer shared regular post-tummy tuck updates on her recovery progress on Instagram. In the photo on the left of her, she is wearing a sash, and on the right, her husband is holding it.
But now Jennifer seems to have changed her mind, strongly recommending flying to Turkey for surgery in the US because, after all, her nose job turned out the way she wanted it to.
“It was touch and go there for a second, but it ended up settling in really well.” I am very happy with it. Turkey is a mecca for plastic surgery and hair transplants, and it is incredibly profitable.” she said.
“Even for your teeth you can fly there, stay there, get all the procedures done for a fraction of what it would cost here.”
According to the ethical guidelines of the American Medical Association (AMA), doctors should not treat themselves or their immediate family members.

Jennifer told DailyMail.com her husband did nothing illegal when he gave her a tummy tuck.
“There is no law that prohibits acting with your own family; There is a code of ethics out there that can be frowned upon, but it’s all about perspective and what someone is comfortable with. My husband’s mindset was “nobody’s going to take care of you as well as I do,” she said.
It hasn’t always been easy for RHONJ and her husband, as the couple hinted at martial issues on the show in recent years after Bill admitted to having an affair, the day before Jennifer gave birth to their fourth child.
And it seems all is not well in the marriage 10 years after Bill’s indiscretion, with the couple revealing during the current season of the TV show Bravo They’re seeing marriage counselor Dr. Judy.
“We keep pretending everything is fine when it’s not,” Jennifer told her husband during a candid chat on the show.
