It’s not the first time the BBC has made the mistake, as the same clip was broadcast last month during an episode of BBC One’s Match of the Day.
Moments after coverage of Liverpool’s replay at Wolves began, the embarrassing moaning noises started, visibly confusing the pundits and leaving viewers in disbelief, especially those watching with children.
Gary Lineker and Alan Shearer appeared to be tickled by the chorus of sex noises, with Alan Shearer joking that it was all Danny Murphy’s fault.
The BBC quickly interrupted a pre-match interview with Jurgen Klopp, but after returning to the studio the noises continued to disrupt the show for about ten minutes.
Youtuber Daniel Jarvis, from Gravesend, Kent, later claimed responsibility for the pornographic noises.
It is not yet known how he managed to enter the Molineux stadium and tape the mobile to the set. The BBC is investigating this major security breach.

A video on social media showed the prank phone having the porn sound effects as its ringtone, and Jarvis, known on social media as Jarvo69 and BMWJarvo, started calling him in a live stream as the FA Cup coverage started.
Gary Lineker later told Newsnight he found the joke funny and said he doesn’t know why the BBC has apologised.
As the noises continued to play out, Lineker remained calm and saw the funny side, joking, “Would you stop making those noises, Danny,” directing his joke at Danny Murphy.
Moments after the match started, Gary then tweeted to confirm that he had finally discovered where the noise was coming from.
“Well we found this taped to the back of the set,” Lineker wrote alongside a photo of a cell phone. As far as sabotage goes, it was quite entertaining.”
The BBC apologizedto all the viewers who were offended and revealed that they were investigate the incident.
