Princess Eugenie glows in £340 Sam Cam dress on a school visit

Glowing mom-to-be! Princess Eugenie dons a £340 Sam Cam dress on a school visit to hear about her refugee integration project

Princess Eugenie sparkled in a maxi dress designed by Samantha Cameron while visiting a school as part of her anti-slavery campaign.

The 33-year-old princess went to Archbishop’s School in Canterbury last week to meet teachers and students to hear about their diversity project.

During the visit, Eugenie, who is expecting her second child this summer, opted for a floral print maxi dress fastened with a row of ruffles at the waist from Cefinn, Samantha Cameron’s clothing brand.

She paired the £340 dress with slingback black crocodile pumps with a pointed toe and a gold buckle from Dune, which cost £115.

While visiting the school with the Anti Slavery Collective, Eugenie, who worked with the Bishop of Dover Revd Rose Hudson-Wilkin, heard about the school’s Voices of Welcome project, which opens its arms to refugees.

The daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson was pictured talking to both teachers and students as they explained the project, which aims to work with young foreign children who are more vulnerable to trafficking and exploitation.

It supports these young learners through their education and with their language skills to help them integrate into society.

In particular, it is working with students from Afghanistan, Ukraine and the UK to promote ‘intercultural exchange’ at the school, where 40 languages other than English are spoken by pupils.

Eugenie’s visit comes just weeks before she is due to give birth for a second time, after announcing earlier this year that she and husband Jack Brooksbank are expecting a child this summer.

Meanwhile, both Eugenie and her older sister Beatrice, 34, are hard at work following the King’s coronation as they have represented the Royal Family at various events.

After the coronation on May 6, the sisters attended the concert at Windsor Castle the next day with their parents Fergie and Prince Andrew.

They also represented the Royal Family at the Big Lunch at Chalfont St Giles in Buckinghamshire where they met members of the public.

The sisters were praised by Matt Eyre, who told FEMAIL they “were amazing” with his children Bobbi-May, 11, and Bertie, nine, who have special needs.

The pair met with representatives from All Together Community, a group that distributed food parcels to vulnerable people during the pandemic and continues to provide the same service, along with running a community refrigerator.

After a long week of royal duties, the princess finally enjoyed some time off last weekend when she was spotted in Portobello Road meeting a friend for lunch.

An onlooker saw the princess in west London and noticed that she and her friend with whom she was having lunch were having trouble parking.

After finding a suitable place to park, the duo went to lunch together.
