Pregnant YouTube star Zoe Sugg shares sweet bump snap with daughter Ottilie, two, and documents her first trimester when she experienced ‘nightmare’ anxiety

YouTube star Zoe Sugg shared a sweet bump photo with her two-year-old daughter Ottilie on Monday — as she opened up about her first-trimester anxiety.

Zoella, 33, showed off her changing shape in a gray midi dress as her toddler sweetly touched her tummy.

She wrote in the caption, “The love for big sister is already starting to work!” as she captured the adorable moment.

Later in a separate post, she described what the first three months of her pregnancy were like after her “anxiety came crashing down on her.”

She shared a series of candid snaps in the post, including more of her bump in the mirror, a tousled hair day, and more adorable photos of Ottilie.

The blonde beauty wrote in the caption, “Diaries of the first trimester. My fear had descended on me between these weeks.

“I had somehow subconsciously put myself in a constant high state of anxiety that I just couldn’t abate, leaving me gagging over and over every day over nothing.”

She continued, “The fact that my body’s response to high levels of anxiety is abysmal feels like a joke considering I’m an emetephobe, but here we go.” This coupled with pregnancy symptoms and my phobia felt like I was living in a hazy nightmare for a few weeks.

“I talked to my therapist and we made a plan and every day I forced myself to do the simplest, everyday things that I couldn’t anymore. I would even dread having to pee & downstairs was a no-go zone.’

She signed off by saying, “It wasn’t good… over time I managed to reduce my anxiety and do more and more things without retching or panicking.” (I went into much more detail about this in my vlog that will appear on Sunday).’

Earlier this month, Zoe revealed she was expecting her second child with partner Alfie Deyes, two years after the couple welcomed their baby girl.

The popular influencer confirmed the news in an Instagram reel, revealing that she was about five months pregnant and the baby is due at the end of the year.

Captioning her post, she wrote, “Our family is growing! Little girl with us in December.’

Sugg also shared the baby’s first ultrasounds in a short video that shows Alfie and daughter Ottilie Rue planting a kiss on her mom’s belly.

Celebrity friends were quick to congratulate the couple, with Made In Chelsea star Louise Thompson posting: ‘Oh congratulations baby girl!!! The most beautiful family.’

Strictly Come Dancing star Dianne Buswell, the girlfriend of Zoella’s younger brother Joe, added: “so exciting.”

Elsewhere Loose Women panelist Stacey Solomon wrote, “Awww…congratulations Zoe.”

The news came after Zoe welcomed a baby girl in 2021 with boyfriend Alfie.

The influencer took to Instagram to reveal that she had welcomed her bundle of joy, named Ottilie Rue, after first announcing she was pregnant five months earlier, in March.

Captioning the first image of her newborn daughter, she wrote, “She’s here! Meet Ottilie Rue Deyes.’

Zoe shared the news after openly documenting her pregnancy on her YouTube channel as she and Alfie prepare to become parents for the first time.
