The photo was taken while enjoying a spa day with her beauty to celebrate their one year anniversary, with the reality star radiating “thanks for changing my life.”

Enjoying the day at London’s NYX Hotel, the Geordie Shore alum lazed by the spa bath as she enjoyed a day of pampering.

Charlotte wore a zebra print bikini and a long sleeve mesh bikini top from Murci – she showed off her belly in the swimwear photo.

Her balayage blonde locks were let down as they fell naturally against her torso, as she caught a glimpse of her hip tattoo in the photo.

In the caption, the beauty describes her birthday celebrations with Jake as she joked that they’re “going fast.”

“365 days ago I kissed my soulmate for the first time…NOW WE’RE HERE #wemovefast,” the star wrote.

Confused: Charlotte recorded her stories and asked her 9.1 million fans for advice as she and Jake struggled to come to a conclusion about the exact date of their anniversary

Sweet: She also shared a photo of their romantic anniversary setup, complete with balloons and rose petals

Charlotte took her stories, asking her 9.1 million fans for advice as she and Jake struggled to come to a conclusion about the exact date of their anniversary – wondering if it would be the day they started dating or the day that they became an official couple.

Discussing the results, the reality star wrote, “Well, that poll didn’t really go my way LMAO. So I THINK the birthday is the first time my eye pupils were on his face, the night we kissed all over and drank fighter bombs (in my eyes we were boyfriend and girlfriend (BUNNYBOILER) from then on).

“BUT Jake thinks he’s officially asked me out. So we’ve come to the conclusion that we should now celebrate 2 separate occasions that I’m not complaining about.’

She shared a photo of their romantic anniversary setup, complete with balloons and rose petals – Charlotte also wrote, ‘So this is my birthday day to you, my love. Exactly 365 days ago you asked for my number on insta 7,896 times and I played hard to get (for 4 hours) and that night we met again for the second time in our lives and the rest is history.

‘Thank you for changing my life. Thank you for showing me that the fairy tale that I strongly believed existed was real!!! Thank you for showing me a love I’ve never experienced before. Thank you for everything you do for me and my family. Thank you for being the most wonderful person to walk on this earth.”

Romance: The couple spent the day at London’s NYX Hotel

Congratulations! She is expecting her first child next month with beau Jake

It comes after the star recently revealed that she plans to welcome her baby by cesarean section during a natural birth, as her ectopic pregnancy in 2016 left her with PTSD.

The reality star told new! magazine: “I was never really keen on pushing a baby out of my vagina. I’m too scared of a natural birth.

“There’s always been something scary about me and when I had the ectopic pregnancy [in 2016] it scared me even more.

In 2016, while the television personality was going through the traumatic experience, Gary, now 34, was in Thailand to film the reality show where he slept with Jemma Lucy and also had a threesome.

As a result of the ectopic pregnancy, Charlotte’s fallopian tube had ruptured and toxins entered her body.

Happy couple: the couple found out they were pregnant after a whirlwind romance (pictured with boyfriend Jake Ankers)

Jake and Charlotte decided to try to conceive in December last year, not long after they started dating.

In her Charlotte Crosby Always On podcast, she said, “At this age, there’s really not much time to waste. January came around and I got my period and it was a really sad day. I just cried, I cried and cried in the toilet. I told Jake and he was really devastated.”

The couple then decided to stop trying, realizing that it was soon in their romance to welcome a child, and bought ovulation sticks to avoid having sex on her fertile days.

But in February, on Valentine’s Day, Charlotte thought it odd when she wasn’t in the mood to drink or have sex during a surprisingly romantic getaway to a swanky London hotel. And then her period was late.

WHAT IS AN ECTOPIC PREGNANCY?

An ectopic pregnancy is when a fertilized egg implants itself outside the uterus, usually in one of the fallopian tubes.

The fallopian tubes are the tubes that connect the ovaries to the uterus. If an egg gets stuck in it, it won’t develop into a baby.

In the UK, about one in 90 pregnancies is ectopic. This is about 11,000 pregnancies per year.

An ectopic pregnancy does not always cause symptoms and can only be detected during a routine pregnancy scan.

Symptoms can be a combination of:

  • a missed period and other signs of pregnancy
  • abdominal pain low down on 1 side
  • vaginal bleeding or a brown watery discharge
  • pain in the tip of your shoulder
  • discomfort when urinating or defecating

Symptoms of a fallopian tube that ruptures or bursts open include:

  • a sharp, sudden and intense pain in your abdomen
  • very dizzy, sick or faint
  • looks very pale

This is very serious and surgery to repair the fallopian tube should be performed as soon as possible.

A fracture can be life-threatening, but luckily they are uncommon and treatable if treated promptly. Fracture deaths are extremely rare in the UK.
