A German porn star and Big Brother contestant has been elected to a local council in the country after news she had an affair with a prominent married MP.
Annina Ucatis-Semmelhaack, 44, was elected Monday to the city council of Elmshorn, northwest of Hamburg.
It comes just months after it was revealed she was having an affair with Free Democratic Party (FDP) MP Hagen Reinhold, a 45-year-old father of three.
The former adult actress – who is a member of the FDP and regularly updates her social media followers with photos from her campaigns and meeting with voters – is now an elected FDP member. The party received 10.4 percent of the vote in Elmshorn.
‘I’m really so happy. The hard campaign paid off. I will not disappoint my voters,” she told the German newspaper Bild.
She thanked her supporters on Instagram: ‘Just as motivated as in recent weeks, we are now going to work with a strong team @fdpelmshorn. Once again I would like to thank all my fellow liberals for their efforts, because only together have we achieved this great result.’

A graduate of economics and previously married to millionaire real estate magnate Theodor Semmelhaack, 65, Ucatis starred in the 2009 ninth season of Germany’s Big Brother and previously made a name for himself in such films as Big T** A-List and Busty C** Worshipers 2 .
She took offense to German politics in 2022 after starting a relationship with Reinhold – who was married with three children – following an internship in his office in the Bundestag.
Reinhold, chairman of his party’s eastern division, shocked Berlin after swapping partner of 16 years Karoline Preisler, 51, for double G-cup Ucatis.
On Instagram at the time, Ucatis said: “It’s a great love and we have a happy future together.”

Meanwhile, her new partner added, “We got to know and love each other in the FDP.”
After news of the affair came to light, Reinhold’s embittered ex posted on Twitter: “The past few months have been bitter for me.”
She said: ‘After years at Hagen Reinhold (…) and politics in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, there is something new to do.’
A friend of hers commented, “Is this a joke?”
But Preisler replied, “No, it’s love.”
She explained that she would move back to Berlin and give up politics after working as a Member of Parliament in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in northeastern Germany.
In June last year, Ucatis posted a photo with Reinhold of the pair sitting during their “mentoring and skills training,” showing their close bond as the pair stare deep into each other’s eyes.
She said at the time: ‘During the last week of the session of the German Bundestag, I visited the office of Hagen Reinhold, MdB.
‘The team welcomed me very warmly and involved me in the political work.

Ucatis also runs her own real estate agency called Holsteiner Grund & Boden, after her previous marriage to the real estate mogul.
After completing her degree in economics, she quickly left academics in 1998 for a career in porn that lasted until 2010.
After her marriage to Semmelhaack in 2013, she worked for his housing company and began to describe herself as an entrepreneur before transitioning to a career in politics in 2022.
Ucatis previously made headlines in 2019 when the New York Police Department allowed her to take a private tour of their headquarters with no clear explanation.
The X-rated star shared photos and videos from the Real Time Crime Center among other sensitive areas of the NYPD’s One Police Plaza and at the Security Coordination Center at 55 Broadway.
In the series of posts, the 40-year-old actress poses for various NYPD paraphernalia. A man in uniform appeared in several photos.
