The body of a 51-year-old woman has been discovered in a house while police take a 52-year-old man into custody.
The woman’s body was discovered about 9.45am on Tuesday by paramedics responding to a call for help on Kallaroo Rd in Pialligo, Canberra.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 52-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday afternoon and assisted police with investigations.
“At this time no charges have been laid and investigations into the matter continue,” ACT police said in a statement.
