Phoebe Burgess has unveiled a new makeup look after style guru Trinny Woodall called her “dated.”
The former NRL WAG, 33, took to Instagram to reveal her modernized beauty look with a more neutral skin tone and less heavy bronzing.
“If someone like Trinny Woodall tells you – to your bronzed face – that your makeup ‘look’ is dated – take the advice,” she wrote.

Phoebe added that she is “over” heavily filtered looks and prefers “seeing natural skin textures.”
“Here I am brushing up on my makeup routine that hadn’t changed since 2014,” she added.
“That means letting go of the heavy-handed bronzing vibe I was married to and embracing fresher techniques (hello moist sponges and foundation dipped in water”).
Phoebe added that she’s learned the techniques on TikTok and Instagram reels, but the look is “definitely a work in progress.”

She then shared several photos of herself in the fresh new look alongside a stylish outfit of black jeans, a T-shirt and a denim jacket.

Trinny, 58, came up with the idea of her stackable cream makeup products at the age of 50 and has made a career out of beauty products.
The outing comes after Phoebe’s ex-husband Sam Burgess went public with his new girlfriend at the premiere of Russell Crowe’s new movie Poker Face in Rome.

The Rabbitohs legend, 33, looked absolutely in love when he bumped into Lucy Graham, who is a hairdresser from Leeds.
Sam’s new partner is English and they’ve known each other for some 20 years, a source close to the footy player told Daily Mail Australia.
While it’s not known how long they’ve been together, Sam has told friends to “take it easy.”

Sam’s new relationship comes after a string of affairs that followed his bitter breakup with ex-wife Phoebe in January 2019.
The father of two is said to have had a brief date with Daily Mail Australia columnist Jana Hocking in January this year, as well as American waitress Oak Schuetz in late 2019.
Meanwhile, Phoebe, who shares daughter Poppy, aged four and son Billy, aged three, with Sam, has remained single since their divorce.
The couple married in 2015 and separated in late 2018.
They resumed their relationship in early 2019 before breaking up for good on October 2 of that year and later divorcing.
