Pete Wicks is spotted on a lunch date with new mystery girl

Pete Wicks appeared in high spirits on Saturday as he enjoyed an outdoor lunch date at Scott’s London restaurant.

The reality star, 34, was joined by a mysterious female guest for the outing, who bears a striking resemblance to his ex-girlfriend Megan McKenna.

Sipping cocktails and enjoying seafood from the chic eatery, the duo both wore baseball hats and seemed comfortable with each other as they chatted.

He’s been known for his very public string of romances over the years, many of them with TOWIE co-stars like Megan, Chloe Sims, and Ella Rae Wise.

And the date comes when Pete first spoke out this week following his departure from the reality show, admitting there were “various reasons” for the departure.

Pete wore a plain white T-shirt with a black cardigan on top for the lunch date, keeping the monochromatic theme with a matching scarf and baseball cap.

With a collection of silver bracelets and rings, the reality star protected herself from the sun with black sunglasses.

His date kept her chocolate locks loose, wearing a burgundy cap.

While she paired a black leather jacket with khaki cargo pants and a coral red handbag.

Enjoying some espresso martinis and seafood over dinner during the sunny spring day, the couple seemed comfortable with each other — as Pete leaned forward as his companion showed him something on her phone.

Leaving the eatery together, the reality hunk gave onlookers a thumbs up as he walked down the street with his rumored flame.

Famous for his love life, Pete has previously tried to find love on Channel 4’s dating show Celebs Go Dating.

He had an explosive relationship with reality star singer Megan for a year and a half in 2016 and has also had a very public on-off romance/friendship with former co-star Chloe Sims.

While he recently has a short-lived fling with newer cast member Ella Rae Wise.

Ahead of the outing this weekend, Pete also broke his silence about his decision to leave TOWIE this year – which MailOnline revealed earlier this year.

During an interview with The Mirror, Pete shed some more light on the decision to step back, explaining that he’s now looking at other projects.

To talk with The mirror upon his TOWIE departure, he explained, “It’s a different year for me, I’ve obviously stepped back from TOWIE for a number of different reasons, the timing was right.”

“I have so much to do, I’m about to start a brand new TV project, but it’s going to be a very busy year.”

The tattooed hunk is known for being a real playboy on the show, with several storylines surrounding his love life and partying lifestyle.

While he was a staple of the cast thanks to relationships with former castmates Megan McKenna, 30, Chloe Sims, 41, and Ella Rae Wise, 22.

But in terms of this reputation, Pete admitted it was “frustrating” being “typecast” during the early days of his TV career, but explained there was a “reason” behind it.

In January, MailOnline exclusively revealed that Pete had left the reality show to focus on his new projects.

A source told MailOnline that Pete’s departure was a huge blow to ITVBe executives, who had already suffered the loss of longtime cast member Chloe, as well as her sisters Demi and Frankie, last year.

An insider revealed at the time, “Pete is a hugely loved member of TOWIE, both by viewers and the cast.

But now it’s time for him to move on, he’s a bit older than the rest of the cast and he’s hoping to achieve more in his career after being on the show for so long.

“It’s been a monumental stint and his storylines will go down in TOWIE history, but for now he’s taking a step back.”

A second source added, “Pete will continue to cameo on TOWIE when it makes sense to appear alongside his friends, but he will no longer be a full cast member.”

Following the news, Pete then shared a message on Instagram to thank his fans for their support as he prepared to move on.

“Just wanted to let you all know it’s time to step back from TOWIE as a regular cast member,” his post began.

“The show has been a big part of my life for so long and has opened so many doors for me in my career.”

He then went on to thank the staff and production and its devoted fans.

“As much as I am excited to start a new chapter in my life, I will sincerely miss filming every day with the cast and crew.”

He added, “Finally, I want to thank the fans of the show for your support and putting up with seeing my face on your screens every week!”

“Don’t worry, you might see me popping up again, I’ll always be part of the TOWIE family (very dysfunctional).”
