During a trip to Gillette Stadium four days after her 34th birthday, Taylor Swift received a sentimental gift from New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft and his family.
Swift was at the stadium to support her boyfriend Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs as they romped past the Patriots on December 27-17.
When WCVB Boston When asked if the Patriots gave Swift a birthday gift during her visit, they sent a photo of a framed card from her first NFL stadium show in Foxborough.
The concert took place on June 5, 2010, as part of Swift's 'Fearless' tour.
