New England Patriots rookie Javon Baker was furious Sunday morning after he was given a ticket while dropping off his team at the airport.
Baker, who was selected 110th overall in the fourth round of this year’s NFL Draft by the Patriots, went on an angry Instagram Live rant following his altercation with a traffic cop.
The 22-year-old claims the officer started yelling at him “for no reason” before he was given the ticket, even threatening to have his car towed.
“You drag it, that ain’t gonna do nothing for me,” Baker fumed to fans on his livestream. “Come on bro. You got other shit to worry about.
“He wants to give me a goddamn ticket. … Why you doing that, bro? I’m dropping someone off at the airport.”

It’s still unclear why Baker was given the ticket by the officer, though he reported on the livestream that his license plate was covered and his windshield was tinted.
The former UCF college star continued, “You’re not going to yell at me and think I’m not qualified to yell back. Who do you think you are?
“Just because you’re a cop don’t mean nothing bro. My tax money pays you. Come on bro, you work for me.”
Baker is preparing for his first season in New England after being selected in the fourth round of the NFL Draft.
He enjoyed a positive preseason with his new team, making five receptions for 56 yards.
The Patriots selected him in the draft because of his impressive form in college at Central Florida, where he had 52 receptions for 1,139 yards and seven touchdowns last season.
