Patrick Mahomes shares hilarious explicit response to USA flag football quarterback Darrell Doucette after his shocking claim about Chiefs star

Patrick Mahomes has responded to American flag football quarterback Darrell ‘Housh’ Doucette after he challenged the Kansas City Chiefs star player.

With flag football making its debut at the 2028 Olympics, many assumed the U.S. would simply draft a roster of the best NFL players for its men’s team.

However, Doucette believes he can beat out three-time Super Bowl winner Mahomes for a spot on the roster.

He claimed in a recent interview that he considered himself a better quarterback than the Chiefs superstar because of his football IQ.

Doucette’s bold claims caught Mahomes’ attention and the forward appeared stunned.

Mahomes quoted a snippet of Doucette’s statement and shared a GIF of rapper 50 Cent saying, “What he say, fuck me for?”

“Ultimately, I feel like I’m better than Patrick Mahomes because of my IQ of the game,” Doucette said TMZwhere I reiterate the previous comments.

‘I know he is the best in the world right now [NFL]. I know he’s more accurate. I know he’s got all those intangibles. But when it comes to flag football, I feel like I know more than he does.’

He added: ‘I’m not saying I’m a better player overall, but until he steps on a 5v5 flag field, I’m going to feel this way until proven otherwise! I’m a competitor and I need to be proven wrong.’

He told TMZ he thinks a team full of NFL stars will lose to his U.S. team, which won the 2021 World Games.

He added that NFL players should not be “entitled” to a spot on the Olympic roster.

“We’re fans of these guys,” he continued. “…But we don’t want to be forgotten because we’re the ones who got this sport to where it is today.”

The flag game is played on a shorter, narrower field and has only five players on each side, while many of the highlights Doucette posted a report online in which he runs from the pocket instead of passing it.

Anyway, he just wants him and his teammates to have a fair chance at making the Olympic team.

I think it’s great that [NFL players] “They want to play, and they want to come and compete,” he said. “But ultimately, we want the same process that we had to play — we have to try it out. And so do they.”

Mahomes isn’t the only NFL star to have expressed interest in representing Team USA at the 2028 games, with Tyreek Hill and even retiree Rob Gronkowski on board. Meanwhile, Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts was also featured in a promotional video after Paris.

But Doucette, who led the U.S. to the 2021 world title, criticized those players for being “disrespectful” by assuming they could join the Olympic squad because of their fame.

“I think it’s disrespectful that they automatically assume they can make the Olympic team because of who they are,” he said.

‘They have not contributed to the growth of this sport to reach the Olympic Games.

“Give the guys who helped this sport get to where it is today their respect.”
