Parents of students at a Canadian high school are threatening legal action to stop a transgender shop teacher from continuing to wear size Z prosthetic breasts in class.
Attorney Rishi Bandhu, who has a son at Oakville Trafalgar High School and represents three other parents, issued the warning in a recent legal letter to the Halton District School Board in Ontario.
The letter required that shop teacher Kayla Lemieux hold herself to the same dress code standards as district students, calling her dress an “obvious” violation of the district’s dress code.
It comes after students were reportedly threatened with suspension if they took pictures of the controversial teacher, and a protester who mockingly dressed up as Lemieux at a school board meeting was banned from district property for life. .

In his letter, Bandhu also called for the school board to explicitly state any exceptions to the dress code and allow parents to discuss the matter at school board hearings.
“From our point of view, it is illogical and absurd to suggest that teachers would have a lower standard than students in terms of dress,” Bandhu said. foxnews in an interview on Wednesday.
Bandhu acknowledged that “human rights by their nature are complex,” adding that the school board faces “a very delicate balance of interests” in weighing Lemieux’s rights against parental concerns.

Menzies brought with him a petition calling for the school board to be fired over Lemieux’s continued employment. Finally, a police officer removed him from the meeting.
