Olivia Wilde was seen leaving her gym in Los Angeles on Saturday, showing off her sculpted arms and legs in a gray tank top and skintight black leggings.

The 38-year-old filmmaker has been hitting the gym regularly this month, kicking off the new year in top shape as she recovers from the ups and downs of her turbulent 2022.

Rigorous exercise appears to be a vital stress reliever for Olivia, who recently posted a cryptic relationship quote in the wake of her love life.

Love and career intersected in a big way last year when Wilde’s whirlwind romance with Harry Styles burned down the press tour for his film Don’t Worry Darling.

And all of that came after Wilde’s public skirmish with abandoned Don’t Worry Darling leading man Shia LaBeouf.
