Olivia Wilde claims ex Jason Sudeikis is not paying alimony

Olivia Wilde has accused Jason Sudeikis of making her pay 100% of the cost of caring for their children when they are with her, despite his “significantly higher” income.

The TRON star has filed a formal request for child support from the Ted Lasso actor, 47, to help fund the daily needs of Otis, eight, and Daisy, six, as she claimed they need to get it over with on an interim arrangement while the details of their custody issues are settled.

In documents obtained by The blast, she wrote, “Jason is not currently paying child support to me, despite my requests through counsel to agree on a tentative amount of support to avoid further litigation in this case.

“While Jason and I have split certain expenses for the children, such as their school fees, I bear 100% of the cost of caring for the children when they are with me, including but not limited to their food, clothing, childcare, extracurricular activities and transportation costs.

“I ask the Court to issue an order regarding child support so that I can adequately care for our children consistent with Jason’s standard of living.”

Olivia also asked that Jason be forced to pay her $500,000 attorney fees, not only because he has a higher income, but also because of his “blatant, unnecessary and aggressive behavior.”

She wrote, “I am also asking Jason to contribute to my attorney’s and accountant’s fees and expenses, not only because he is financially in a significantly better position than I am, but because the vast majority of the fees I have made, have been paid. due to the blatant, unnecessary and aggressive behavior of Jason and his counsel.

“While I have not yet received any specific financial information from Jason, I understand and believe that he is richer than I am and has a much larger income. I have no reason to believe that Jason would dispute this.’

The Blast reports that Olivia told the court she was making more than $40,000 a month in salary, including another $60,000 from Wilde Company income and rental income. She also has $645,187 in bank accounts and over $107,000 in other assets.

But Olivia has said she has more than $107,000 in monthly expenses.

Despite what goes on behind the scenes, Olivia and Jason seemed more comfortable with each other when they reunited on Sunday to attend their son’s soccer game in Los Angeles.

In a legal filing signed on August 5 last year, a judge ruled that “New York was not the home state of the children involved” and that “California was the home state of the children.”
