Olivia Wilde bundles up in black during night out with friend Jordan C Brown… after signing on to direct a Christmas comedy produced by Margot Robbie

Olivia Wilde, dressed in black, enjoyed a night out with a close friend in Los Angeles on Thursday.

The actress, who was spotted after a workout at the gym earlier this week, appeared to be enjoying her day of shopping at a night market in the Studio City neighborhood with her longtime boyfriend Jordan C Brown.

The Booksmart director, 39, wore a black leather biker jacket with a sheepskin lining over a crew-neck T-shirt.

The versatile actress wore black ankle-length jeans with a frayed hem and black ankle boots with chunky soles.

Olivia placed a black beak cap over her long, dark blonde hair, which fell in loose layers down her back and around her shoulders.

Jordan, 38, looked relaxed in a periwinkle blue sweatshirt, distressed jeans and gray and white sneakers.

The political strategist is married to former The Bachelor star Colton Underwood, 31.

Olivia was a guest at their wedding when the couple tied the knot in a romantic ceremony in Napa Valley in May.

The Don't Worry Darling director is teaming up with Margot Robbie's LuckyChap Entertainment to direct the upcoming Christmas comedy Naughty.

The plot is described as a bridesmaid at the North Pole. The storyline follows single mother Mallory, “whose only hope of securing custody of her son from her gaslighting dirtbag ex is to find Santa Claus and convince him to testify in her divorce hearing.” Deadline reported.

The script was written by Cocaine Bear's Jimmy Warden and the film will be produced by Margo Robbie, her husband Tom Ackerley and LuckyChap co-founder Josey McNamara.

Olivia and Margot both worked on the larger-than-life Hollywood story Babylon. The Independent Spirit Award winner revealed she lost the role of Leonardo DiCaprio's wife to the Barbie star in The Wolf of Wall Street because she was 'too sophisticated'.

“The funniest thing I heard recently was some of me being told I was too sophisticated.” she said Howard Stern in 2016. 'And I thought, oh, that sounds nice. I like that feedback. I didn't get the part, but I'm a very sophisticated person, and later I found out that they actually said “old.”

Olivia was 28 at the time of the audition. Margo is six years younger than her.

Since LuckyChap was founded in 2014, the company has produced not only Barbie, but also the Oscar-winning Promising Young Woman starring Carey Mulligan, and Saltburn, starring Jacob Elordi, Barry Keoghan and Archie Madekwe.

Barbie is available for purchase on multiple platforms and is now streaming on MAX. Saltburn is currently in theaters and will be available for on-demand streaming on Amazon from December 22.
