Beauty queen Olivia Molly Rogers has been the talk of the town ever since she split from ex-husband Justin McKeone last year.
The 30-year-old has now admitted that one of the reasons she was afraid to divorce was the judgment she received for being so young and separating in public view.
Talking with him Happy hour podcast, the model said that while people in her age group have been supportive of her, it is older women who have judged and criticized her for walking out on her marriage.
“Our generation is definitely more accepting of it,” Lucy Jackson, 32, and Nikki Westcott, 31, told hosts.
“But I’ve felt more judgment from middle-aged women, and unfortunately, they’re often the people who troll me,” she continued.

I’m just saying, “Marriage is hard, baby. You just have to make it work.” I’m like, it shouldn’t be that hard after seven months! I just don’t agree with that.
Olivia also admitted that the public scrutiny that comes with getting divorced so young and being known on social media affected her before she walked away from her marriage.
“That played a lot in my mind for sure,” he said. “I’d lie in bed awake at night thinking, ‘How am I going to do this without causing this massive stir? Without everyone hating me or judging me?”
Olivia has been on a podcast tour for the past week to talk about her relationship issues and the breakdown of her marriage.
The 30-year-old influencer recently told the uncut life podcast that their relationship made her ‘miserable’ and that she made the mistake of thinking that marriage would fix the problems they had, when in fact it only made things worse.
She also admitted that the thought of getting pregnant with Justin’s baby ‘terrified’ her even though they underwent fertility treatments for 10 months.
There is something to be said for thinking that marriage will be a solution. She has made a commitment to me, so I thought things would get better,” she told hosts Laura Byrne and Brittany Hockley.

‘But whatever you think is going to change when you get married, it doesn’t. It won’t cure everything all of a sudden.
Olivia admitted that she had serious “misgivings” about marrying Justin before her big day, but got so caught up in planning the wedding that she didn’t know how to call it off.
“I felt like I had a lot to lose,” the former Miss Universe Australia said.
Speaking of the problems in their relationship of four and a half years, he confessed that “there were a lot of big problems.”
‘When it comes to a healthy relationship, you can work as a team. But when the same things keep showing up over and over again, you’re whipping a dead horse,” Olivia said.
“I felt like I had nothing more to give.”
He then said a short marriage shouldn’t be seen as a “failure” but rather someone who bravely walks away because something “is really wrong.”
Olivia revealed that she had called her sister Eleanor the day she decided to leave Justin, telling her, “I feel like an idiot because we haven’t been married very long.”
Eleanor then said, ‘You’re not a jerk; you are an optimist You have been trying this for five years, it is not just the period of a marriage.
The influencer said that the relationship made her “miserable” and that she made the mistake of thinking that marriage would solve the problems they had, when in fact it only made things worse.
Olivia confirmed her split from finance expert Justin in October last year, after just eight months of marriage.
The breakup rumors began to surface in September after fans noted that she had gone back to using her maiden name on Instagram and removed all photos from her wedding in February.
The former couple, who met in 2018, were last photographed together in August 2022 in a series of vacation snaps from their trip to New York City.
Olivia addressed her breakup in an Instagram post on October 3.
“After 4.5 years together, Justin and I have made the difficult decision to part ways as a couple,” she wrote.
‘I do not wish to make any further statements on this in the near future.
