The New York Giants have reportedly agreed to a four-year, $160 million deal with quarterback Daniel Jones.
According to various reports, Big Blue has given Jones a deal with an additional $35 million in incentives.
The deal left the door open for the Giants to keep Saquon Barkley, who was given the non-exclusive franchise tag.
This leaves open a range of options for Barkley’s future. He can trade with other teams, and if he agrees to the terms, the Giants have the option to match the contract.
If they chose otherwise, the East Rutherford franchise would receive two first-round picks.

He and star running back Saquon Barkley appear set to continue together in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
Like Tony Pollard of the rival Dallas Cowboys, Barkley will receive a salary of $10.09 million in 2023 if he wants to stay in New York.
The Giants confirmed the moves to Dailymail.com on Tuesday afternoon.
Jones and Barkley were key to a Big Blue renaissance, which saw the once-struggling franchise make an upset run to the playoffs.
Brian Daboll’s team went on the road to Minnesota in the wild card round and came away with a 31-24 victory.
The Giants’ season ended on a whimper, however, after facing a fierce Philadelphia team in the NFC divisional round.
Through 2022, Jones has thrown for 3,205 yards, 15 touchdowns, and 5 interceptions. The former Duke quarterback had a 92.5 passer rating.
Jones also showed that he can be a force with his legs, rushing for 708 yards and seven touchdowns.
Barkley earned a berth in his season’s Pro Bowl, rushing for 1,312 yards and a career-high 10 touchdowns.
