Located in Waverley, just 5 miles from the CBD, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment was purchased by Radley in 2021 for $2,999,000.
The two-time Premier League winner has since renovated the property and has decided to put the house on the market as he looks for a larger home for his growing family.
